I see, its a warranty when you bought, I would definately have thought that this would cover the Bose, its hardly wear and tear is it. I would definately push this, sounds like they are trying to climb out of it. They must give you a reason why this is excluded.

Depends on what it says in your warranty. I would have thought thet if its a known problem it would be covered, who is the extended warranty with.

There is a thread on here for a company that repair the bose unit. Have a search around. Many have been in this situation and just upgreaded, you may even get a second on here from someone who has done this.
