At the moment I have two rooms left is the self catering building, we have the whole building. I have a twin with a shower room and the other room has a double and a single on it. PM me f interested, This has to be for three nights, Fri, Sat and Sun. Its very reasonable priced though and 200m from the event.

Just unload and bring it up, parking at the Engine is difficult.

Yes I am going to have to be a little stricter with the parking this year. The BBQ will be at the front of the hall and the plastic seats inside so there will be a little more room. The bands will set up Saturday daytime when most are away so it should work.

I am expecting around 50 cars I guess. There is a basic problem with the names list thing. People who book hotels etc will turn up. The weather will always influence numbers for camping. Many of the attendees from Z club dont use the internet but get info from the newsletter. At least this time I have plenty of locals who want to come but there isnt room. I can top it up on Saturday when I get an idea of the numbers from the forums. The hall only has fire regs for 200 so I am very much winging it this year. There are going to be a lot of locals moaning that they didnt get an invite but its a car weekend so if they have been invited before and didnt turn up they dont get an invite this year. Simples.

Might not be a bad idea ! Ive been wanting to pop over ! Maybe we could get something arranged and pull people together and get some ideas for meets and social events ! I am not sure that would be a good idea for me in the scooby, I have seen their website. The zed costs me enough.

In recognition that the Scottish section covers a massive area we are pleased to announce that another events organiser has been appointed in Aberdeen. We had a mini meet here at the weekend and I was very pleased to see people turning out in pretty awful conditions. Its apparent that this area is a bit of a hotspot for zeds and a very good series of regular meets could become established. AaronC350z has agreed to step up and get things moving. I am sure all the locals will give him full support. He will be along to introduce himself soon although looking at the traffic tonight it could be a while.
