Its pretty straightforward as you say Chris. DVD drive secured in the rear cubby so it needs power. Running wires isnt a problem. The screen is made to fit, as ever the tricky part is getting the centre section out without breaking the clips.
Hi Lisa and welcome to the forum. Do you mean the birdview, if so its pretty straightfoward to fit compared to the work some of the guys on here can do.
I will find a guide for you.
The cost of getting my Ings rear modified to fit was very significant compared to the price of the kit. If you get a cheap kit and have to pay the bodyshop to "make" it fit then the costs can spiral.
Personally I wouldnt buy any kit that I hadnt seen on a car and hadnt read a review by the owner.
If you find a kit from the USA its worth searching on their 350z forums, someone will have tried it and they arent know for their sublety when offering comments
As insurance may be a big decider bear in mind that some companies charge more for imports, thia may make that decision for you.
Have a phone around and see. The rest is a matter of choice, the higher the spec the older the car.
As the ecu is the main constraint to low end performance increases you would need to find someone out there who is able to work with it. We are in pretty early stages with this sort of thing over here.
The aircon has it down to a very pleasant 18 degrees on the boat. I have an endless supply of cold drinks.
I may have to go outside to get a bit of heat, have to get used to it ready for two weeks in Spain from next week
