The 06 car had the new rev up engine bud. The interior was also upgraded a bit. There is a full list of the changes in the FAQ section.

Not really bud, changing to the lightweight version actually makes it noisier. Just get a louder exhaust. You see how its starts.

First bit of good news is if you really want a slap Nixy is just down the road The plugs get changed at 50k so if they havent been done they may be due. A grounding kit is worth a look although others may not agree. Has it had a new clutch yet, several of us, myself included are a bit heavy on the clutch and have changed them around 30k There are a few owners around you so cpompare your car to one of them. Dont let Greekman check it though, you may never stop screaming. As a last resort, I am passing next wednesday afternoon, throw a sicky and I will have a look.

When Digsy stepped down as a moderator his name was changed from green to gold. Its no big deal in terms of retaining any moderating powers but was just an expression of thanks from all on here. He has a lot of knowledge and continues to provide regular input to the technical side of the forum. The "gold watch" tag is pretty close to the intention really.

Its always a difficult call so we do try to be fair on it but at some stage something has to be moved. The majority of the posts are posted because they are funny but we are aware that a lot of the kids of owners are also very keen on the cars and log on to see the pics on here. I did watch it and did laugh, its just about what is allowed to be posted in terms of causing possible offense and embarrassment to owners families.

As long as my wife doesnt look I will be ok, nothing to do with the jokes though.

If you want to point out the others that you think are unsuitable I will delete them too. We rely on members to bring our attention to things on here. We have other things to do and on a busy forum its not easy to read every post. It was not the sort of thing that will be accepted on here. As Husky says, its a family forum.
