    The really annoying thing is it was supposed to be in getting wrapped and I cant do that until the roof is fixed. Just need it sorted now.

    Right, they have now found the problem(s). The roof wont work. Parts needed to fix it are an actuator, catch ( rings a bell Lee) and motor. Bargain price for these £1300 fitted.

    Just called again. Nissan customer services office is closed for 30 minutes for staff training.
