  1. Find a nice detailing website and copy the codes.
  2. I also told Mitz that marriage was bliss. Im off now...
  3. Cheers, thats all CS has been saying that you have always said the roadster would look good with this. I am glad it worked then.
  4. The team have made the decision to post rubbish jokes to make thos posted by the rest of you seem funnier.
  5. Great to hear you guys arent sinking Andrew. Workington looks pretty grim.
  6. Well done bud, I have always though that the roadster would take this kit. Looks great.
  7. Yes, its been a while and although there are still some things which could have gone better Customer Services have done their job. They were good when my Sat Nav failed and identified a major supply issue which they rectified so I am very much of the opinion that its good to involve them so they can improve service.
  8. I am happy to report that Nissan customer services have agreed to contribute a substantial amount towards this. I was getting very irritated at not having heard anything for some time It turns out that Nissan had passed this information to the dealer last week and they were supposed to let me know. They hadnt bothered. So, I am happy that Nissan have done all they can to move this along after they were involved and have come up with a very fair offer to resolve the matter. Always worth contacting them IMO.
  9. Thanks Mr S, I am just watching this on the news and it looks pretty shocking in an area that is used to high rainfall. I am lucky to be afloat at work. The car is in a secure compound which should be ok. I am sure that others around the country have experienced floods like this recently but I have never seen anything like this before in Cumbria, even the Carlisle floods were nothing like this. Hopefully some of the owners up the coast can give me an update.
  10. These are Nissan prices designed to scare you. The good news is that you can ignore them. The Scorpion is a straight replacement at about £365. There are lots of other options and for the Nissan price you can have a fair selection to pick from.
  11. As I said before. This is a fuller answer. I would doubt its actually to this spec though. The 350Z replaced the Skyline GT-R as the car for Nissan's factory and customer teams in the Super GT's GT 500 class. The cars used are heavily modified and feature a longer nose and tail (requiring the production of the Type-E homologation special), carbon fiber bodywork, and a tube chassis. In 2004, NISMO won the GT500 championship. Until the 2007 season, the car was powered by a VQ30DETT V6. In order to increase competitiveness, however, a new 4.5L V8 powerplant has been developed. The 350Z, with slightly more pedestrian modifications also competes in the GT300 class (having started there even before the Skyline GT-Rs were replaced) by teams such as Endless Sports and Mola. In 2003 Hasemi Sports won the GT300 championship with the 350Z. In 2008 season, the 350Zs were all replaced by Nissan GT-Rs in the GT500 class, but they have continued to be used in the GT300 class as the GT-Rs overexceed the horsepower limits which make it impossible to participate. Thus, two 350Zs competed in the series and MOLA won the both Drivers' and Teams' championships in the GT300 class.
  12. The 350z with modifications competed in the GT300 series. Not sure how this applies specifically to your car though.
  13. Ho, I get a lot of pms on here but probably a lot less than they do. I often need a little prompting so a phone call is always worthwhile. PMs are ok for passing on details but there nowt like the old technology to get the job done.
  14. Is this after you have sorted your farm out John.
  15. My guy does the occasional filling without the dreaded needle so he has to be gentle. I know there are many with horor stories but I would rather go to the dentist than Tesco. Its a good chance to lay down and chill. In the many years I have being seeing him he has never hurt me. Guess I am just lucky.
  16. I had one out at the dentists earlier this year and remember someone telling me to stop being a wuss. My dentist is very very good and as it had a very strange root pattern he couldnt use brute force. He simply dismantled it in my mouth and took it out in pieces. Straight out of the chair and into my car to go shopping.
  17. Apart from the exhaust there is very little in that list that I would disagree with.
  18. Its different when I get paid for it. Times have changed too, we used to have a good on the way.
  19. Have a scan through some of the modifications on here. That should keep you busy and with Christmas coming......
  20. My son just posted my car on his VW website and I was called a Max Power boy.
  21. The dealer in Howden is offering discount on here. They seemed like a good crowd when we were there. Nixy will have a better view.
