  1. Have a talk to Nissan customer services and see what they come up with. I have them on speed dial now.
  2. Hi and welcome, a pm to R35LEE may be worth a shout, he is a bit of a wizard on windows. DONT BUY FROM NISSAN..
  3. He has sold a car which is not fit for purpose and as such you are well within your rights to get your money back or have it repaired.
  4. One bleeding plumbing problem is the same as the next.
  5. Smelly old boilers are never nice. Keith is a nice guy and will help you out.
  6. Drop a pm to Keith ( Roast). if he doesnt get back to you I will give him a nudge.
  7. I think I will be correct in saying all of the roadsters are same. I took a pregola to Donny but couldnt get it in the coupe. It fitted easily into the roadster void.
  8. As Mike says the strut is the main issue with the coupe. I can get more in my roadster than any coupe. The boot is small but the roof storage space is very handy for long trips.
  9. Welcome to the forum. Good choice bud, you can get more in a roadster.

  11. Nice one, will be good to finally meet you.
  12. There is often oil on the roundabouts, especially one with service stations. If it makes you feel better I did something very similar yesterday.
  13. Wow, never seen a roadster in that colour, good find bud. The roof issue is due to the weather bud, I have the same problem and its got new internals so just wait until it warms up a bit.

  15. Hi and welcome to the forum. There is an easier way to change the bulbs through the arch. Nissan charge over £200
  16. They tried that one with me too when I had the roof problem. The roof is standard so they backed down.
  17. It cost me a lot of money to find out. The dealer will still try to argue the case but if you stand your ground they will have to cave in. I am sure Abbey have forgotten more about the 350z than most dealers will ever know.
  18. VW were refusing to take an interest in my Golfs problems as although it was serviced by the dealer while under warranty the last service out of warranty was done by an independant. I quoted the rules to them and they gave me £500 http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m ... 101939304/
  19. 2003 block exemption regulations probably cover this Jerry. I have been doing a lot of reading during my recent battles with Nissan and VW. A manufacturer cannot stipulate that a car is serviced by a dealer and also cannot stipulate the original parts are used, they just have to be type approved.
  20. Hi and welcome to the forum. Check out the sticky post for new members in the FAQ sections, there are lots of good links.
