The best time to hear it on mine is moving off slowly in reverse. Its almost always on one side only so you need to identify which.

Its a common problem and the axle grease will sort it for a while. Nissan charge a fortune for the full fix but the kit is available from the traders on here at a great price. There is a guide on here to show you how to do the fix. Apart from being annoying its not doing any harm though.

Looks great bud, the rear light mod is probably the best you can do IMO.
