  1. Thats a very good start mate. Its about now that the sickness get hold. snow foam.
  2. Welcome to the forum. If you find the right car its worth the extra few pounds to get it. You can spend a lot of time looking at bad examples. The clutch will seem to feel a bit heavy but you get used to it. Any interior parts can be changed out.
  3. Very nice mate, you see the pleasure we get form cleaning them now.
  4. Try this one. http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/ ... st_Horndon
  5. A few are meeting here first, 1900 to 1930 for some food. http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs...e/West_Horndon
  6. A good comment mate. Anytime we see a post with a good fix we will move it to the guides section and ammend the title if needed.
  7. I think Zugara is from Fareham. Difficult to say about the welding without seeing it but there have been a lot of owners who have managed to sort it this way. There is a list of local owners in you regional section.
  8. Hi and welcome to the forum. This is a common problem with the zed, there are a few options. You can normally get it welded for a few quid. Many owners upgrade the exhaust so there are a lot of standard ones lying around. You can pick them up pretty cheap on here. If you want to take a hint from the car that it wants an upgrade there are lots of options. The best way to decide what you want is to get to a meet and hear them close up. Sound clips are not always very good.
  9. MissBanzai London charity tunnel run 2010 Back for the second time in 2010, we present another London Tunnel Run, hosted by MissBanzai.com inviting all Japanese car owners! *** Note this is for Japanese cars only -no exceptions.. non Jap cars will be refused entry *** The run will kick off at Essex Arena (RM19 1AE) on Saturday 16th October from 9.30pm. Maps will be handed out on arrival to those who have pre-paid through the Just Giving site. There will be no entry to the site after 10.30pm. Please register your attendance by visting http://www.justgiving.com/TunnelRunMissBanzai and donating your £5.00 entry fee. (Please put user name & club in the comments). Donations made via the Just Giving site will go direct to the nominated charity, The London Air Ambulance. This is MissBanzai's 5th tunnel run and we decided that having used and abused London's roads on so many occasions with no incidents we would pick this charity, as many drivers in London and the M25 area are not as lucky as we have been and The Air Ambulance is normally called for road traffic accidents. So we felt this would be a very worthwhile charity to raise money for on this occasion. In comments please put your club name & forum user name - nothing else! (this list will be used to hand out the route maps of the run on the night -there *may* be a limited number of maps on the night BUT this is NOT guaranteed). -Please arrive at the arena no earlier than 9.30pm. PLEASE NOTE you should use the go kart track entrance to the arena. There will be a £1 per person cash charge entry fee on the gate to cover the arena hire costs. -Payments for maps can only be taken up to 13:00 on 16th October on the Just Giving site. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AFTER THIS TIME or you will not be included on the list of maps for us to allocate on the night! If you do not pay you are not guaranteed a map. -Entry is £5 for a map (prepay on Just Giving) and £1 per person in cash on the gate to the arena on the night to cover the arena costs. -This event is for Japanese cars only.. nothing else! There will be marshalls on the gate. -Please remember to drive responsibly -anyone not doing so will be asked to leave the site. -You will need to bring sat nav / London A-Z for when you get lost. A passenger / map reader is also essential! Sky Insurance will be awarding a prize on the night for the best turned out car of the evening. The prizes could be awarded to any Jap cars from Civics to Skylines... so get polishing!!! Prize to be confirmed We will also have a few other sponsors who will be awarding prizes on the night. Hope to see some of you there! Any questions, please drop a mail to missbanzai@googlemail.com or post your questions here! We had approx 300 cars from various different Jap car clubs along last time, and have raised over £4,524 online for various charities to date, so make sure you come along and be part of it this and help raise some cash for a very worthy c
  10. Hi and welcome to the forum. There is a buyers guide on here but if you have any specific question feel free to post them up. Also happy to comment on any cars you find.
  11. I have approved this post with the following caveat as it isnt strictly within the selling rules. I have used this trader and have no issues. However this is the sale of moulds so any buyer should check out the quality and fitment before committing. Any buyer should also be awate they would need to sign up as a trader on here. Having said that. Best of luck.
  12. I have sort of got back from a work trip but will be home tomorrow, I will update the main list them. Thanks guys.
  13. Slap Markie and get him to clean it. Has to be easier than waxing.
  14. Hi and welcome to the forum, get the Zed and you have the bonus of this place for free.
  15. I will be there the night before and will be staying over the nught after, its nearly that timw of year so its my Xmas party, anyone care to join me. When I have a minute i will sort out some accom unless someone has more than a minute. Just to impress on you guys, this isnt something that you can book, its a really great chance to fing out how detailing should be done and its free.
  16. If thats the case then I apologise I have to say his answer didnt really help me though, did it? I just want to see what you guys think are the best looking Zeds in the country, not have to attend a years worth of meets to see them. If I was a total n00b the situation would be the same as well, even if I was just a casual visitor to the board it would be nice to see what 350Z-UK has to offer. It was a genuine request that Ive made twice now, I really want to see these cars but dont have hours to go trawling through the media section to do it. I went to JAE, the Duxford show and various drifting rounds this year but didnt see any Z Clubs, which I have to say I was pretty disappointed about - maybe Ill have more luck next year Anyway, this is going O/T, please carry on Not having a pop mate,I was just saying that having attended a lot of meets I am priveledged to have seen a lot of cars from the forum. I have a lot of free time.
  17. You are forgiven Spam.
  18. I was told they wouldnt fit but they do. I have one. Just remember the boot is plastic, the guy fitting mine has a bit of a shock.
  19. Who the hells Mary. And yes it sorted now.
  20. The Nismo spoiler is not supposed to fit a roadster, I have one on mine though.
  21. My mate has considerable strength and he had to give it some stick to remove the old one. I was less than a year old too.
