  1. As has been said the cost for spraying and fitting will depend on the quality of the kit. If its your daily driver I would leave the fitting until the spring. One point which may be obvious, I would avoid having the kit sprayed by the bodyshop you choose then fittied later, Some colours are a mare to match without the car being there to compare.
  2. Many of us have done it and got away with it. Unfortunately you didnt. At least this may make a few owners focus at the appropriate moment and save a similar experience. I hope it comes back looking as good as new.
  3. The squeeky brakes may be explained by the fact that they have just changed them, there is a guide on here for bedding them in. The left speaker issue is not unknown. I think you should be able to sort the other issues under warranty.
  4. Hi and welcome to the forum, sounds like a good result.
  5. A little story to let you know how I feel. I was a civvy attached to 460 port troop RCT in the Falklands after the conflict. We went on a bimble to Bluff cove one day, there were about 8 of us in a lwb landrover. The tracks were rough and it was great fun getting there. When we arrived we strolled down to the beach and I noticed a small monument. Several of the RCT guys had been there on a very sad day and stood recalling events from that day. To say I had a lump in my throat would be an understatement. I have a tremendous respect for all who have and still do serve. Anyone who disrespects a brief moment like todays is a disgrace.
  6. Hi and welcome to the forum, I will leave it at that as I have a roadster so have plenty of space.
  7. Just have to remember Dave that when you have been doing for this for some time some issues bounce back time and time again. Having sorted them one post can bring it all back again. On this post i can see where you are coming from though.
  8. So you dont like it when the shoes on the other feet
  9. Hell, that took some doing. Many happy returns Michelle.
  10. Well thats us up and running on the Thames. The work on the boat is far from completed and will keep us busy for ages. We berthed this one last night, out first job here.
  11. Its got a UK plate, if it was imported in 2005 and has done nothing since how come the rear has been changed.
  12. A good post Dan. Its often a matter of " will mods void my warranty" and its easy to miss the bigger picture of why we need insurance in other circumstances.
  13. I thinl a little meet may be in order.
  14. Hi and welcome to the forum. Looks like a great car.
  15. Haha... Can I just add, the Roadster in Black looks amazing... It was my second choice (after orange) but sadly I had to settle for Silver... Maybe the next one! Yours will stay clean for more than 10 minutes.
  16. Hi and welcome to the forum, we are certainly getting a lot of roadsters recently.
  17. Another roadster, well done. The reason for the short post is understandable, even at this time of year its fun to get the roof down on the rare sunny day.
  18. Thanks for the heads up mate, I was thinking they may be running out soon. If anyone cant get in let me know, there are lots of other options close by.
