  1. It sounds like there was a tsb out in the states for it. http://www.the370z.com/nissan-370z-warr ... trunk.html
  2. No, I am at home at the moment. We dont have any heating on the boat at the moment so I am happy not to be there. The boat is down at Coryton for a few days.
  3. R35LEE is very clued up on this stuff, drop him a pm. Where are you btw.
  4. If you get in touch with one of our detailers I am sure they will sort you out with a good christmas present package of cleaning products. As someone who was used to car washes and sponges it was a big learning curve when I got the zed.
  5. The pistonhead ad is still open and his numbers in it Lee.
  6. Not very strict at all really, we just stick to the rules. There are reasons that the rules are in place, its so that members can search a cars history when its advertised. As such the for sale section is a service to members who want to sell. This is also why all for sale posts need approving.
  7. I am happy to be corrected but the aircon will remove the moisture from the car, with the roadster I have to run it for ages to dry it out.
  8. And one of the saddest videos I have ever watched. This happened last week and the Master and Chief engineer lost their lives.
  9. Lets see All dive for the bucket. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8K2B1nRRyA&feature=fvst
  10. Its called not paying attention, foreign crews dont help either. At least I get paid for crashing.
  11. No mention of roof motors Lee. One of my favourite stories is from a friend who took her Merc into the local dealer to have a warranty isse sorted out. We live in a farming village, she breeds sheep, she was a bit scruffy. While she was waiting to collect the car the receptionist asked he to leave without inquiring what she was there for. She even threatened to call the police if she didnt go. Her face must have been rather red when the service manager walked in with the keys.
  12. That sounds like fun Be, welcome to the forum.
  13. Its amazing whats on here. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=36338&start=0
  14. Having had several protracted issues with Nissan I was happy to post them up on here. All the facts were correct. I am always happy to talk to Nissan customer services and its worth remembering the person you are dealing with has to sort out issues with poor dealers all the time. Not a job I would want. All my issues were sorted out in the end. I always post up the results of their intervention. I have had similar issues with VW and sold the car as I was sick of ongoing problems. I would expect there to be problems with any product and my opinion is based on how issues are dealt with. If they arent handled well then and customer services are rubbish then its a reflection on the manufacturer directly.
  15. My favourite along these lines was a final demand from an energy company. I had to settle inby a certain date or else. Unfortunately my account was in credit.
  16. The big new toy is becoming a lot of hard work at the moment.
  17. When I am on a run with the forum I use the higher octane. Otherwise I use what I can get in the sticks. No problems here.
  18. Hi and welcome to the forum, the type R is a great car but I am sure you will like the zed. There are a lot of members in your area so you should have no problems getting a run out in one.
  19. My local garage is zed friendly and gets tyres at a very good price, pm me what you want and I will get a quote.
