If it helps the car will do 90 mph in third and it should be pretty linear getting there through the gears. Second should pull very well. Sounds like something isnt right.

That sounds strange. Firstly, if its been standing outiside during the winter the battery may have taken a bit of a battering with the cold. The battery on Imports has also been said to be a little less robust compared to the UK version. Get them to change the battery. I cant really see that there should be a lack of response in second, the gearbox gets comments on being a little clunky in second until you get used to it but I dont have problems with power.

Hi guys, I want to put a display on for the lakeZ meet similar to the one done for Japfest. This is just to show how the car has evolved over the years. There will hopefully be an example of each of the earlier models included. I therefore need a 350z coupe, 350z roadster, 370z coupe and 370 roadster. The cars dont need to be modified in fact standard is probably better although subtle kits and mods are fine. Anyone want to volunteer. If there are multiple volunteers i will just draw a winner. Cant see a problem with the single intake version really. The post 06 interiors were tidied up a bit. I agree on the sat nav, never going to be anywhere near the top of my wish list.

It was probably one of the nicest days of the year weather wise. So much to do there too.

No probs mate, post up that you want track time on the list and it will be added to the Z track time, in other words you will be out there with members of here and the other z forums we co stand with. This saves being out therre with a random mix of cars. Whoever is coordinating will pick a spot near the track, last year it was the premier travel inn at Chippenham. Many stayed there the night before. Tickets and passes will be handed out there. I will also post up requirements for tracking nearer the time

I will post up a closing date well beforehand and the tickets and passes will be handed out on the day. A fair few stay at a local Premier travel inn which is always a good meeting point.
