    From memory you will first receive notification from the council advising they have had a formal complaint. This has been done. The next step before they can take formal action is for the council to do an onsite recording of the noise levels when they are alleged to be too high. I wouldnt worry too much.

Also remember that when you have the car started the battery will still need to charge so go easy on the aircon and sound system.

    I think you will find that there are many people who are out of pocket Gaz and this goes back a long way. Very generous of you to offer to pay them back now. I will watch with interest.

    Its a very common problem with the bose and happens mainly when its cold. Most people just change it for something better.

    And worth saying for the record that without the help of Sarah there would be a lot more people out of pocket.

    It can be very frustrating when they arent as advertised. Find a good one and get security in buying from a dealer and I would say thats worth a lot.
