Off hand its the 2002 block exemption regulations that state if you have the work done by an approved garage using approved parts the manufacturer cannot invalidate your warranty on this basis.

My opinion mate. The cars you are looking at wont really help much. If you really want to cut costs you will have to start looking at a lower spec for higher mpg and cheaper running costs. The upside is this should help you decide, the zed or something sensible or economical. The other way round it is to decide to cut and run now then come back when things get better. I have been there and it sometimes needs to be done. Best of luck both, Liz will miss the company in the taxi at Japfest.

Hi and welcome to the forum. If the service history is correct i wouldnt worry about the miles. I would say they are about right for the year. The cars are pretty bullet proof too. Check out the post in the FAQ sections for new members, some handy buying tips in there. Also remember you will probably put on a thousand miles in the first week of ownership anyway.
