  1. I wouldn't bother with a P3, as it is no different to a P2 but costs £100 more! P2 does everything a P3 does (only difference between the two in the service book on pages 18/19 is replacing the LSD gear oil instead of inspecting it which doesn't need doing as ours is the viscous coupling type). Save your money and get a P2! Just my two pennies worth................
  2. What a joke they will be Your probably right, but what an injection of cash Just enjoy the season! When we first went up we had a season long party knowing we were going to come straight back down again (outsinging the scousers when we were 6-0 down at home got them confused). As you say, think of the money (60 million for one season)! At least you've only got 11 points to beat not to be the worst team ever in the Prem.........
  3. Get in there Bit of a hangover this morning to be fair....
  4. Spotted you coming out by Andrews car centre on to Tritton Road (I was stuck in traffic and hidden). No idea on age etc
  5. Spotted in the middle lane heading northbound around junction 3-4 at 4.30 pm yesterday as I was on the way to the Albion for a promotion party (I was in the X-Trail as I don't trust parking the 350 near the ground...)
  6. Question for you guys... I've got GT5 and love it to bits, but finding using the standard controller a pain (not very realistic) and am considering the Logitech G25 pedals etc. Found them for £141, but that seems a hell of a lot for a peripheral. Is it worth buying them at that price (ie will the game become that much better and can they be used for any other PS3 games (such as GTA when it comes out etc) or are there cheaper pedal sets out there that do the job? Advice needed from the experts (and you Zedrush as well)
  7. I'll let you off Thought we were a tad unlucky (especially with the goal), but for all our pretty tippy tappy football we didn't really cause your defence any problems. Campbell and Distin were immense at the back, and Baros always looked like he'd do something up front. All in all a great day out, and a good atmosphere between the fans before and after the match helped as well. As we've been to the new Wembley twice already, we ought to let you less experienced sides have a go I suppose! See you in the Prem next year
  8. Two azures heading anticlockwise on M25 at about 1.45 pm, one turned off on to M3 (looked like it had a stubby) Blade 53 plate heading clockwise on M25 at around 5 pm ish between M40 and A1 (where I turned off). Anyone on here?
  9. You'll be a typical United fan then....living no where near Manchester! I reckon if I lived in Lichfield I'd definitely travel north to watch football. Couldn't be bothered going to watch any midlands sides
  10. A mate's g/f wants to organise a trip to the ring for his birthday (lucky b****r) and she's asked me for advice on when to go, where to stay, how to get there and whether you can just turn up or pre-book laps etc. I've got no idea myself, so I thought I'd ask the experts (ie you lot). Anybody been for a weekend and can give me some advice to pass on? It's his birthday at the end of April if that helps timing etc.
  11. I thought it was in the boot, left hand side under the foam packaging under the carpet....................
  12. You will still need a fascia to get it looking good! The Nissan HU is slightly curved whereas aftermarket double DIN ones aren't. The place that fitted mine got one that looked really good, but no idea on make I'm afraid.
  13. 1. Stew 2. Beavis 3. Martinmac ( if they fit a roadster ) 4. Lincolnbaggie
  14. Bought mine in Halfrauds and they had instructions specific to the Zed as well as others. I didn't get flashed so they must work.....
  15. Hopefully see you in the final! Our tickets go on sale at the end of this week, so second trip to Wembley in less than a year to watch the Baggies (let's hope we do better this time than against Derby...)
  16. Epicentre was 15 miles from me and scared the sh1t out of me and the cats! Broken glass all over the kitchen floor and pictures etc off the walls, but no major damage. Not something I want to go through again
  17. On Scotter Bottom Rd, heading out of S****horpe this morning.
  18. If you fancy a drive to Lincolnshire I've just been quoted £105 for a P1 supplying my own oil at Louth (P&B Nissan). P3 there was only £220 which I got down to £111 after haggling (pointed out the plugs didn't need doing, brake fluid had already been done etc). Seems the cheapest dealer around that I can find, and they are v good as well
  19. Gixxeruk I have a Roku Soundbridge M1000 wireless network music player sitting in my front room doing nothing (I've now got a PS3 and use that instead). It's got built-in wireless card and picks up Windows Media Centre on the PC and links to your amp via phono cables. Sound quality is excellent and was voted What Hi-Fi best wireless streamer some years ago. Reasonable dot matrix display lists what you're playing etc and it has a remote to scroll through everyhting. If you're interested let me know? Cost me £171.44 2 years ago, but we could discuss price etc if you are interested. May be you could borrow it and test it for yourself to see if it does what you want if you pay the postage?
  20. Yes indeedy, Little Angels it was (just got to find the mp3 for it now)
  21. I guess that finishes it off nicely. Cheers Pingu2
  22. Cheer mbs, but I thought someone did it much more recently than that as well (I'm thinking the likes of Thunder or Whitesnake, that kind of thing). I keep singing it in my head, and I've definitely heard a different version but just can't place it.... Cheers for any more thoughts anyone
  23. Sorry about that; got my work head on. "Does anyone have any idea who recorded the First Cut is the Deepest apart form Rod Stewart, Cat Stevens and Sheryl Crow? I'd be ever so grateful if any of you good people could help me out on this. Thanks in advance (you lovely people you)" Is that better?
  24. I need to know which rock band covered this song (and I don't mean Cat Stevens, Rod Stewart or Sheryl Crowe). Someone must know (and Google isn't my friend anymore)?
