  1. Whole can of worms opened with that question. Almost impossible to get insurance for the ring - have a look at http://www.nurburgring.org.uk/insurance.html to start with!
  2. Just ring them and book bud Fundage is low atm, got roadtax this month and visitor to entertain next week, and I'm sure they'll either want a deposit or even the full payment, so no can do for now No money taken until you get there in May
  3. People do realise they have to book their rooms individually direct with the hotel don't they? This is a list for all those who have already booked direct, not a list for those who think they may want a room. A couple of posts suggest to me that people are expecting a group booking to be made once all the names are on the list (or am I talking out of my backside again). My confirmation turned up this morning
  4. It still looks like an earth/power supply problem to me. When i first installed my Kenwood I had a similar problem (eject would work but nothing else) - turned out there were two connectors taking power and earth to different parts of the unit and I'd only earthed one of them. Does your model have a single connector for power, or does the SatNav bit have it's own supply?
  5. I think the discount is already in the prices, £60 or £70 incl breakfast is cheaper than their normal rates.
  6. Purchasing The maths on the Paul McCartney-Heather Mills divorce is as follows: After 5 years of marriage, he paid her £24.3million. Assuming he had sex every night during their 5 year relationship it ended up costing him £13,315 per time. On the other hand……… Leasing New York Governor Elliot Spitzer's hooker, Kristen, an absolute stunner, charges £2,450 per night. Had Paul McCartney "leased" Kristen for 5 years he would have paid £4.47 million in total for sex every night for 5 years (a saving of nearly £20 million!). Value-added benefits are: • a 22 year old • no begging • no coaxing • never a headache • happily agrees to all requests • no complaining • no honey-to do lists • has TWO great legs!! Best of all, she leaves, and comes back when asked. All at 1/5th the cost and no legal fees. Sometimes leasing just makes more sense.

  8. +2 on the earthing. There is no earth in the Nissan loom so you have to earth it to the chassis somewhere, then it will all work.
  9. I'll be going on Friday afternoon, coming back Monday morning as I did in October - more time for drinking that way
  10. some off us take pride in our Zed's neil hows that dash coming along Let's just say I've still got that broken ashtray of yours in there

  14. Just about to replace my rear Falkens after nearly 11,000 miles if that helps
  15. P2 is exactly the same as a P3 but cheaper!
  16. Nice part of the Algarve! I stay near Lagos (just inland a bit in the Bensafrim/Espiche area). Nice and quiet and away from all the tourists.....
  17. Price is pretty good actually - they retail at about £800 each from Nissan I believe and are like rocking horse poo second hand! Never lived in Portugal permanently, but like to over winter in the Algarve a fair bit to keep me warm (pants this year there though!). Whereabouts do you reside over there?
  18. Paul has some 06+ ones for sale (they don't have the reflector bit) viewtopic.php?f=32&t=31082
  19. It's just like looking over your shoulder but without anything in the way!
  20. Always found mine easy to judge. In the tow eye plug it's as far back it can get so you can practically touch a wall etc and you'll be fine. Much better than a sensor in my opinion. I've never trusted anything that decides for me and can stop bleeping if it feels like it!
