As far as I'm aware the reversing sensors are a dealer fit option. Only the camera comes from factory. Mine has them but I've no idea if they are Nissan or after market

No great loss. I might go for a satin black finish instead

I've only found out to my horror that the previous owner of my car had refurbed my Mk2 Nismo alloys twice. The finish on the diamond cut lips is corroding after 12 months and the place that did them pretty much admitted they'll always go that way. I don't know what they do different to the manufacturer as the one orignal wheel is still fine. Needless to say i'll probably get them done in one colour when the time comes rather than go diamond cut again.

Clearly they need to add number 7 to the owners manual as something that requires special care how long did it take you to find that find or edit it?

I definitely don't have it. I think the correct place for it is behind the passenger seat which has a little section that folds out

So the previous owner of my car cannot find the owners manual and the Nissan garage I bought the car from are dragging their heels on getting me a replacement. I'm guessing they'll only send me the Owners Manual and Service Book. My old 350z had a protective (leather?) wallet. I just wanted to check what a new Mk 2 Nismo should come with. What should i have?? Had a quick search on google but figured i'd get a more conclusive answer here

Haven't had the opportunity to remove them yet since I no longer have a jack. For some reason the can of tyre foam doesn't lift the car

Yeah they aren't that small, just turn your wheels out on full lock and shine a torch in behind and check out your gloriously 'stiffened' springs

I'd observed the same sensation with mine and this was always in the back of my mind but i never got around to checking as i haven't really stretched the car that often to form a definitive conclusion. Blindly thinking that the previous owner would've noticed. Surely Nissan would've checked after selling the same car again....... So inspired by your post i went and checked ..... Of course they were still there.
