With reference to insuring another car such as a Micra, with my trade policy i've always been advised to remove cars from the insurance database as if the car wasn't removed i could be held responsible if that car was involved in an accident as it could be traced back to me I'm not an insurance expert however so i could well be wrong but it could be something to be aware of? Accelerate quickly, slow slightly to let them get right up behind you then brake sharply.............watch them then drive behind you at a safe distance needing a change of underwear!! Not very PC i agree but it'll keep them on their toes for a few days or so

As per title, 1 JapSpeed K1 exhaust that i bought last year for my old 350z that someone hit before i fitted it It's still wrapped up and complete with all gaskets, bolts, bungs etc. I don't mind posting it or packing it up for collection, i'm getting quotes of around £20 but if you can get a cheaper quote then that's fine. Hi guys, the K1 sold this morning i'm sorry but the single box is still available. I can wrap it and send for around £20 or feel free to arrange a collection if that saves you a few quid Dave.

SOLD I've just bought a new Cobra system from Tarmac so i'm making some room and selling my used Jap Speed K1 system and i also have a brand new polished stainless steel Jap Speed single back box. *****K1 SYSTEM NOW SOLD BUT THE SINGLE REAR JAPSPEED BOX IS STILL AVAILABLE***** The K1 system was an excellent fit but a bit loud for me I started polishing it earlier on today and after only 10 minutes it's starting to look nice and shiney. I'm looking for £145 for this and i don't mind posting it or you are very welcome to collect if you are in the South Wales area. The single back box is boxed / brand new and never fitted, i was intending to use this but it obviously wouldn't fit the K1 link pipe so this is up at £125. Posting is not a problem I also have replaced my air box with a K&N induction kit so this is also available at £50, posting out is not a problem. Dave.

Well you'd be very welcome Fitted my Cobra exhaust today and i'm really pleased with it, the fitment is good and the exhaust note is really nice. I went for the resonated system as i didn't want a repeat of the K1 exhaust i've just removed Dave. Well you are saying all the right things about the exhaust as I have gone for the resonated option aswell You'll be pleased with it! At first start up i though it was a little too quiet but when you give it a blip it sounds really good and pretty much just the note i wanted. I've had a few titainium systems of late and they seem to sound exactly right but as they cost several times more this is spot on I've got a system there from Ganador for an RX7 and that was $3500 just for the back box.............at that money i like my Cobra!!!! Cheers Will, definatley chewing at the chomp wanting to get this on and patience isnt my strong point To be honest I do keep looking over my shoulder to have a sneak peak Got mine yesterday and it's going on today You are very welcome to use my ramp at my workshop but it's a bit of journey from Hampshire to South Wales! I was going to fit it as soon as it arrived but i decided to paint a few things on the underside of my car before i fitted it and painted it as well I've also got to take off the silver 19's i fitted and get the black racing harts back on as they look nicer, fit my new brake lines, bleed my new Brembo's (properly this time!!) , fit some nice tunes and some carbon bits then i'm done for 5 minutes Dave.

I've had similar problems with Subaru's that we used to import from Japan. If it's ran out of fuel completely it'll have possibly damaged the fuel pump by overheating it. The second problem we used to get if they ran dry was that the filter had a material type bag / filter at the end and once this dries out it becomes blocked although leaving it stand with fuel replaced in the tank often sorted it out. Has he tried starting it on something like 'easy start' as this would start the car for a few seconds if the pump is to blame. Dave.

Mine also turned up today, wasn't expecting delivery until tomorrow so i'm pleased I was about to fit it but decided to underseal some unprotected parts of the car as i'd removed the K1 exhaust so i'll get it fitted tomorrow instead Thanks again Chris for a great service!! Dave.
