Kev have you driven on these circuits? As ive never done a track day, which of these circuits do you prefer? I was only looking at these earlier today but im thinking of going after winter now. From memory Colerne sticks out. I was contemplating doing the Top Gear thing too. I should be able to get abit of tuition at both these events then.

I do this from time to time. I dont work out how much mpg im doing as i get confused and it takes me ages and then i never know if its right , so i do it just to feel good now and then

+1 was about the same for me too. Just remember to get up to 2-3k steadily, no point mashing the pedal until you hit 3k, it would defeat the object.

Sorry to go abit off topic but.. Did anyone hear about the two kids on the M56 last week or soo? There supposedly blaming the police officer for driving to the children with his sirens on. They think the sirens scared the kids to make a run for it across the M'Way? Ive been told he's been suspended.. I suppose its all got to be investigated but i dont think he can be held responsible for what happened.

I dont know for sure, try your manual first. It could be in the fuse box next to your battery. If you unclip the lid it should have a diagram on the back. Or it could be in the fusebox thats near the passenger/drivers footwell, again it should have a diagram on the back of the lid. Don't quote me on that because im not 100% sure, but it maybe worth a look. hey miss, All i can think off is to take the fuse out for the radio. It should sort it out by wiping its memory, only problem is you'll have to re-tune your stations in again. Chris

nah i dont blame you! At the top gear track though, you wont have someone in front of you throwing stones up and its safer not being around people with less experience than you and having a almost empty track. Id love to be able to drive either of your cars on track... Mite have to get myself a cheap track toy.

What about the Exige Kev? would be perfect for the top gear test track, plenty of run off area and you can compare your time to the real STIG's.
