Very true. People in a position of authority should be setting an example for others. Equally the judge should use this case as an example to all. It will be interesting to see what will happen. Guy +1 He should know better, if thats how he drives a car, how does he pilot plane? It certainly questions his judgment.

Think of it this way. Because he went underneath, the car did not have to absorb anywhere near the impact, so this could have been alot worse in a normal car. Normally the light weight car comes off far worse. At least the guy and his wife are OK.. Does it really matter that the car didnt have to absorb more impact? If he was in say another big car..say a 5 series and had hit the audi he wouldn't have felt too much either, especially at 30mph, maybe abit of whiplash at the most. Him getting out alive is the main thing.

No your right Dan, the handling did go abit potty. GT5 is much better and its easier to get the tail out but i'm finding it hard to drift. The lighter cars aren't too bad but the 405bhp Lexus is a right hand full. Once the back end steps out theres pretty much no catching it. I'll be buying GT5 no matter what but i hope the handling improves abit upon releasing it. GT4 took the fun out of the cars.

i know what you mean. I could drift the cerbera and FTO LM edition like no tomorrow! haha, i think things have become alittle more realistic though, you actually have to BRAKE for corners now instead of using the barriers like you can in GT2/GT3. I must admit that the enphasis on vehicle dynamics seems to have tailed off the agenda abit and more towards realistic graphics. In the GT5 demo, if you play it enough you do get to know that different cars have different characteristics although not as pronounce as the earlier series but better than GT4. I must admit, I find driving the slower cars in the GT5 demo more fun than the faster ones. GT4 did seem abit of a step back in handling dynamics...

I know tell me about it! It feels soo much smoother now, previously it peaked at jst over 150lbs/ft now it pretty much never drops below 150lbs/ft. Picks up soo much better, i dont have to use as much revs now to make progress. Going to sort the suspension out next and get some wheels before i try to get any more power. Still, feels like how Honda should have released it. Paul at TDi North was brilliant. He had me booked in for 2 hours but spent 3 hours on it to make sure it was right before he handed it back to me. Oh and im getting better mpg too

The teg is great fun to drive. Theres not that many round here at all. I see quite a few zeds on my daily trip and there getting more and more common recently, although not as bad as the TT. I finally saw another DC5 yesterday there doesnt seem to be that many round here. Thats only 2 since the begining of september. Anyway just had a rolling road tune to make sure everything was running right and made 241bhp and 172lb/ft torque. Not bad on a car that weighs 1170kgs! well chuffed with my results. Car seems soo much smoother.

Skyline looks great. Not so keen on the graphics but each to their own and i can appreciate why you did it. I prefer it alot more naked though, looks much more understated and puposefull. lovely jubbly

Im definately going to do it, its just a case of when. Ive got abit on this month so i'll only be able to book/pay come december. And by then it may be too wet, i'll see when the time comes, as they have 1 or 2 events in dec. Ive heard nothing but good things about Motorsport events so i have no reservations about using them. I'll most definately get tuition when im there too. If all goes to plan i'd like to do something of this order -- Airfield, Top gear track, race track event -CC, donny or Brands. then the Nurburg along with my mates MG if i can fit it in.
