  1. ahh your sorted then. Only take you 5 minutes.
  2. About £40... Abit late now though
  3. Cant remember but a guestimate would be ~ 2-3kgs. If you can get the car on a ramp then its about 10-15minute job. I did mine with a mate in about 20mins, jacked the car up, pushed the old one off with my foot (to bend the fexi-pipe sections), slotted the new one over the bolts, screwed the nuts on and bobs your uncle! 6 Bolts in all. Y-Pipe was made by a comany in the US using 304 grade stainless steel.
  4. PIAA wipers. BigPhil supplies them. Might be best ringing him as he's having difficulty getting online i think.
  5. for the asking price its a bargain. You won't lose anything apart from weight.
  6. I cant remember to be honest. i had it on at a similar time to my Kakimoto as i bought it to add to my system. I'm sure it would make a slight difference in noise, what i can remember though, is thats its a fair bit lighter than the oem y-pipe.

    R8 crash

Nixy - no haha, just a mangled car. More translation: obviously too quickly and not buckled up the 27-year-old driver suffered injuries deadly an Audi R8 this morning on the west tangent in direction freeway in a tragic traffic accident.

    R8 crash

Translated: Through the strong rain cases, also Aquaplaning is assumed as a trigger of the accident. The car came off in any case behind a long right curve first to the left of the street and touchierte there the median guardrail. At the same time the driver lost be obviously totally the inspection over 420 HP-strong vehicle, came back on the street, broke through approximately 150 meter further, directly before the Volmerhauser bridge, at the right roadside the guardrail and knocked against a tight protection wall. From there out of it hurled on the side of with the driver side against a streets sign there and landed in the end on the guardrail. The not buckled up, clamped driver had to be exciseed by the fire department out of its car, succumbed however yet at the accident place its heavy injuries.

    R8 crash

look how the back window has smashed and the impact it must have taken to push the side of the car in where i would imagine the chassis is. (to the left of where the drivers leg would have been.

Cant understand it but supposedly the guy wasnt wearing his seat belt and he is now no-more. http://www.oberberg-aktuell.de/show-art ... 0711111033
  11. Youv've probably pick the the best option but just to throw a few more in the mix.. Sierra Cosworth - kev could help here RX-7 - twin turbo, light, plenty of tuning potential although not sure on reliability and running costs.
  12. I was thinking about that on the post before, however the engine on the s15 is easier to tune, especially with it having a turbo.
  13. Err i know subaru's ecu's arent the easiest to crack, so why hasnt this guy had a go at the 350z ecu????????????????? he'd make a killin on here.. s14/15 sounds like a great starting car. You'll need to keep that back end pinned down though. Could always get a skyline GT-S (i think) or similar, plenty of tuning stuff for them too. Although id guess the SX would be lighter.
  14. i look 30............. besides............ i think i need to take your cousin on a hot date.......... You'll have to ask the Nursing home if they'll release you for the day. Make sure u take a spare nappy.
  15. here you go... If i remember rightly, because of the heat, it did turn it a slight gold colour which shows abit better in the 2nd pic. if you need me to reduce the sizes, just give me a shout..
  16. quality. Glad you got it all sorted!! Nice replacement too Bet that shifts! +1 on the pics cnt wait to see it.
  17. love the look of that strut bar! Colour suits the green good too.
  18. Thanks, I understand that. My view is that the FIA should have ruled this like any other breach of the rules whether it has to do with the championship or not. Rules are rules and shouldnt be broken. There shouldnt be a set of rules and then another set of rules when its to do with the championship. But at the same time id still like kimi to keep the championship as he deserves it, and its probably long overdue. It would also have been detremental to f1 should hamiliton have won it in court. Its a shame that this decision had to be made following a championship deciding race and not before. But that doesnt really interest me too much. What does interest me is what presidence this has for the future of f1 and its rules. Theyve got to take care that whatever rulling they make now is the same ruling they will make should it happen in the 1st race of 2008 and also how they are going to govern the temperature of fuel going forward.
  19. i've just got to laugh. what happens if McClarens or anyone else's fuel is under the 10'celsius mark next year? ................
  20. dont know if anyones mentioend it but i read that they come with 3 years free servicing.. Any alterations to the car i.e performance mods then the warranty will be void..
  21. If you haven't seen it, try and find, peter kay with "an audience with take that" only a short clip but bloomin funny. Should be on youtube or something
  22. I like it me! Has some quality tyres, these are around £190 a corner for 17" so god knows how much they are for 18" and 19". I dont think its a bad price either.... Still dont like the back end much though
