  1. Are you fighting him? Nah, wouldnt be much of a contest id Annihilate him dont hit me..!!
  2. That would be a good idea. you really want to be at the top of the class weight so if you can get yourself to 14.8 without overdoing it then id go for that. You'll know after your first fight how you felt you got on with your weight. There'll be no latic acid build up if you knock him out in the first round mate!! Dont worry about it too much unless your fighting someone who has a wrestling background or your planning on taking him to the floor. Whats your main art background? how do you usually fight or planning on fighting? Are you going to change your style slightly depending on who you fight? When will you know for definate who'll you'll be fighting? Cant htink of anymore questions. i'll let you know if i do though sorry! Really cant wait to watch you mate. Def got my support.

god knows, i'll have to watch the video again.
  4. Yeah no offence jay but i think you should lose alittle. Theres certainly nothing wrong with your size but i can see it hampering your speed and movement too much. Like Dan says you need to find a balance, you dont need to lose too much but i think you'll benefit (fighting wise) if you do. 6-8kg's maybe about right. I may not be a good fighter (although i recon i could kick your arse ) but i know what i see. I'm like Dan, i really enjoy watching the sport, so cant wait to see a friend in there doing the business. This year Wembley next year Las Vegas! When do you find out who you will be fighting? Maybe worth doing some research on him maybe? Dan - you bringing another bird? How many have you got on the go??? Any in there early twenties for me Oh yeah and that guy who didnt last the 2nd round just didnt seem right, you couldnt half tell he was on something. Stupid in my eyes hoping for a quick knockout. Thats no way to prepare.
  5. Lovely Something i wouldnt mind owning.

Am i getting this wrong (probably) but isnt the Zed named as the "Zero fighter" as it has no lift? Wouldnt that then make it theroreticaly capable of hitting the limiter at 200mph? I thought the standard car with the small rear spoiler and front lip (UK spec basically ) had zero lift and the Nismo kit was wind tunnel tested to provide downforce for more grip. At least thats the way i thought Nissan explained it on the BMI video?
  7. I very nearly went with the proxes 4. there pretty new so theres not much feedback about them. Saying that though everything ive heard has been positive so far. Looks like Toyo are heading in the right direction.
  8. I dont think they could get out of them there that tight!
  9. exactly my point plus the fact that the Gt-R is quicker true its not all about speed in my eyes but i do think the Skyline will be the better car.
  10. Been there with both my Zed and DC5. nothing short of excellent service. Will be going again after christmas for a service.
  11. Sorry buddy but shes taken! If i dont have her im sure Sarnie will. She was the first person i spotted in the 1000's of people there I saw a couple of guys eying you up though, and dont think i missed what went on with you and Julias Francis! .... Yeah i saw him just tap your ass alittle as you where leaving! dont deny it.. its ok.
  12. Cheeky bugger!! Although Ive seen Sarnie's ugly mug before it was great to catch up with you all and put names to faces. It amazes me how a forum can get people together like this when theyve never met before... All were a great bunch of guys anyway. Thanks Jay for getting us all tickets. The "piece" as Sarnie puts it cant wait to go again...
  13. Stunning, one of my all time favorite wheels. They do a white one too which looks
  14. Exactly I was cruising today on a dual carriage way at about 60 ( Limit was 60 BTW ) in the outside lane. Not speeding or driving erraticly at all. A codger in a rover doing 45 sat in the outside lane, decided he was not going to move over. Being the law abiding citizen I am i refused to undrtake him although other people were!! I ended up about 1 metre from his bumper as he was clearly being an arse. After about 2 miles he moved over giving ME the V's in the process! I was ****ing livid!! I had done nothing wrong at all! I really think he saw the 430 and took immediate offence to it. Absolute tnuc I get that ALL the time Liam, it really p's me off!

    GT-R

I just drove it on Gran tourismo 5 and it really its blindingly fast, especially on the straights, next to no turbo lag above 3krpm. You can feel the weight of the car in the corners, but it grips soo well. Didnt get much feedback through the steering though. Will have to double check if force feedback is on in the options menu just timed myself too and it did 0-60 in 3.5 secs so must be true!!
  16. +1 on the clutch, never found it heavy at all. And luggage space in the convertable? Get a coupe!!

    GT-R

the evo 6 when it came out did 0-60 in 4.4 with 280bhp. I know its heavier but with the technology its highly plausable that the GTR can do sub 4 secs with 200bhp more.

could be traction and gearing differences?? dunno
  19. I dont think i have. Ive recommended Goodyear f1's which are meant to offer the best wet weather grip and the toyo's/falken which both use slightly softer compounds, which in effect offer higher grip levels at lower road temperatures... edit: i dont mean that to sound like im being funny. but if pauls after a winter tyre, thats what id get. +1 on what tim says, i learnt from experience after sliding 100yards on ice fun but scary at the same time
