Hi Can anyone tell me if for instance you compare a genuine nismo spoiler with a replica one built out of fibreglass, can one really notice the difference when mounted, if the shape is identical?

Officially, the nismo kit is for 2003-2005 model only. Now i guess fitting the wheels and sideskirts wont be an issue, but maybe the 2006 redesign of the front bumper has got something to do with it?

No idea, but in the Nismo specs @ nissan dealer it clearly states the kit is suitable for models up to 2005 only.

I never had it on my TT, never missed it either. I dont think its needed when the window of the car is sloped like this and there is still some part of the car behind the rear window (unlike an audi A3 for instance). and it looks ugly The problem is indeed plugging the hole...

The drive might be great, but i can assure you a lot of ppl dont wanna buy a TVR due to the reliability issues, and the potential HUGE bills when out of warranty. Hopefully this will get better.

Maybe interesting to make a list of aftermarket stuff currently out which does not fit the 2006 model, due to the changes. Let me start, if i recall correctly the Nismo front bumper cannot be fit to the 2006 model, according to their specs. Anyone got others? Engine mods/exhaust/styling... ?
