  1. BTW, just spoke to the 'local Nismo specialist'. Apparently it IS possible to flash a 350Z ECU. There are 2 options, either to send the ECU to Nismo japan where they reprogram it and send it back, or there is a company in the UK they collaborate with who also is capable of doing it. Didnt want to give me the company name dough...
  2. Yeah dont bother. Just some pics of a car in a completely ridiculous colour on some airfield
  3. or OFF on deserted car-parks, preferably in the rain Or track-converted air-strips
  4. BTW with my previous car i did some laps on the nordschleife. The damn thing didnt even want to accelerate anymore with ESP on when going through Caroussel
  5. On the public road i completely agree with you.
  6. If you like. I wanted to come home in one piece rather than post a record time Wuss
  7. did this a couple of weeks ago with some other guys. We rented the Peugeot track with 10 people and just had a day of fun on it And ofcourse the mighty Z btw Sarnie, this was with ESP OFF all day
  8. Just admit it Sarnie, you left the ESP on the entire day
  9. My 2006Z headlights also stay on with ignition off. Normal behaviour
  10. And how is it related then? Thing is, if we simplify (which we shouldnt) that friction is independent of surface, as long the weight stays the same. Overcoming the friction of something on a table by applying force until it slides ( == wheelspin) is independent of the contact surface of the object. It is dependent on the material the object is made of and its weight.
  11. The thing to consider too is that rubber heats up and deforms when accelerating.
  12. How come it isnt lower with that extra lip on the spoiler?
  13. Get a faster connection ... its taking too long
  14. in that case , T ? otherwise it has to be ZZZZZZ
  15. Remember you'll need a piggy-back ECU to do that, no remapping of the original ECU possible unfortunatly
  16. Why? It sounds like great fun They even have a name for it it's called The Gumball
  17. I read somewhere here someone that replaced the dvd player with one from a Nissan X-trail?
