3 Zs today. Gunmetal Grey Coupe in South Wimbledon around 11 this morning, leaving an industrial estate. Another Gunmetal Couple south bound across Kew bridge at 8:15is this evening - waved and he looked a bit confused........ Then lastly my first sighting of another roadster Nice clean black 06 with the roof down. Followed me through the tunnel entering Heathrow airport. What a fantastic sound, 2 Z's going through a tunnel one after the other having a great time making as much noise as they could, think we almost brought the tunnel down. Girlfriend said that see could hear me coming into the airport then was surprised when she saw that I had a friend to play with.

Looking forward to going . Will need to remember to take a pen and paper to make notes on what he says.... so many questions and options to ask about. Will let you all know how I get on and I'm see what my time is and might post it if it's any good in comparison to yours.

That really does look bad. Feel really bad for the person/people that were in that car. Only one thing that just crossed my mind. This is the second car that we've seen picture of in the last week that have been completely written off (possibily due to high speeds or carless driving) this all can't be good for our insurance renewal quotes! Drive safely everyone.

Just decide to go ahead and book a day. I'm going this Monday coming. Hopefully it'll be fun. Will report back and let you all know what they're like. I'll also talk to them about organising a group day for 350z-uk for those that are interested and will see if they'd be interested in doing group or even forum discounts.

Never thought about the VX220. Was mainly going on the colour - theirs not many car you get in orange nowadays......

I'd definately be up for this. Need just this sort of thing to learn about the car. So difficult to find a deserted road now adays! Car finished it's 1200 mile run in today so I'm starting to push it a little more now. Only problem was that it rained today! Now that wasn't fun at all. Going to be using the car everyday and in all weather and I'm now s***ting myself that winter is coming quickly and I need to know how the car handles and reacts or else I'm going to look really silly travelling at 25mph in 5th everywhere inc. motorways! Please let me know when you're doing it and I'll be there!

Not nice! Don't think there is one panel that didn't get crushed. Alloys look good though.

I would move that 350z badge into the middle or you boot. At least it will all be symmetrical Just IMO obviously Thinking about it but thought I'd leave it for a while and then move it.

Congratulations! Just remember to stop driving every so often and have food and water! P.S. Is the orange car a TVR? Not got a clue about the one under the cover but suspect it is some sort of kit car? - Would try harder but if there's no prizes...........

Installed and working well. Just got a couple of things to sort out but I ran out of daylight and had to get my car back together. Need to find a better route for some of the cables so that they don't interfer with the panels fitting properly. I also still can't find/don't think the Bose stereo has a mute input line(Guess I just need to turn the stereo off myself) but if anyone knows if there is one please let me know. It also looks like they have changed all the colour coding for all the cables on the unit compaired to the 350z manual that you can download. I'll maybe see if I can do a wee tutorial, for it when I redo everything, for the 06 roadsters.

Is that some kind of fake vents on the bonnet? ....I think black wheels look quite good on the Kuro but still think it needs a wash!

I am currently attempting to install a Sony Bluetooth adapter to my car and need to identify a couple of cables. I need to find 1. Ignition sensor 2. Stereo mute 3. +ve 4. ground Any help would be appreciated. I have a 06 roadster with upgraded Bose stereo.

Oh come on, how can you say you don't like the roadster with the hood up? I will admit that sometimes I think the boot looks really long as the roof doesn't slope down to the tail of the car. Still love it though and it is beautiful to drive. In the roadster you hear a lot more of the roar from the engine which is nice and all the girlies look at you..... (Just make sure your girlfriend doesn't catch you looking back) The difference in speed between the coupe and roadster isn't much, what's 0.4 secs between friends and besides if you are on an autobaun then they're both limited to 155 so no difference there. Boot a lot smaller as the roof cuts the back into two sections but I don't know how practical the shape of the extra boot space in the coupe actually is as it goes through support strut. Weather is never that bad down in the south and I think as long as it's not raining then I will have the roof down. I have never seen another roadster on the road.....EVER.....! I have see quite a few coupes though in all colours and think I have see 4-5 on the last week. Definately roadster for me!

Thanks quys for all your feedback. I think I'll leave it as is for now, quite liking it for the moment. Might look at getting one of the black and chrome Z badges for the back.

So is it just the same system as before with the adapter installed in the centre glove box or is it all hidden away? Fraid not, fairly confident that we roadster owners don't get squat on the bluetooth front Yeh I know understand that and know mine doesn't have it. But was having a nice discussion with Val at the start of this topic as to whether the 06 Coupe does or not.
