Really? I always depress the clutch just by force of habit in case anyone's left a car in gear but that's the first I've heard of a car not starting. So you can't turn the ignition on without getting in the car then - for example on a cold morning to warm it up first? Wierd! However, glad I know that now! Yep thats correct To be fair I have heard of thieves nicking the car keys from a house and then not being able to start the zed as they didn't know that you have to depress the clutch when starting it they do now !!!

they had mentioned they had done a couple and got hem up to 290bph with the unichip but i didnt ask to much more as i wasnt planning going down that route

well guys i went to Dastek yesterday to get the car on the rollers to find out how it was running: Maximum power - wheels 233.3bhp @ 6040 rpm maximum power - engine 269.1 bhp @ 6114 rpm maximum torque - 261.1 lbft @ 4589rpm i have the nismo system exhaust and k+n typhoon on it and i know that the ecu compensates for this but i was under the impression that the car should be making nearer 280 bhp is nissan being a bit optimistic with there quotes ? any info would be great and here are a couple of videos Paul http://s177.photobucket.com/albums/w204 ... 0_1111.flv http://s177.photobucket.com/albums/w204 ... 0_1104.flv http://s177.photobucket.com/albums/w204 ... 0_1109.flv

cheers guys, it does seem a bit brighter when looking at it although it doesnt show in the photos, the handles are painted anthrcite and do look will try and make it to the next big central meet - should have some new rims by then
