  3. Are you planning on running an oil pan spacer or a larger sump? If so go for the AAM one & take the temp reading off there & get a thermostatic sandwich plate for the cooler

Yeah I need to sort something for it, Luckily its under cover when its at home so shouldnt be too bad. I'm considering relocating the battery to the boot aswell to help with it a bit.

A few updates as promised I sold the TRD wing & will instead buy a small lip spoiler. Custom vented bonnet fitted Got some aerocatches to replace the cheapy latches already fitted. Also got my dash wrapped in Suede, new gear knob & steering wheel fitted. I've still got a few interior things to do - Need to relocate the TCS button, change the dash lights to blue & buy a new shifter boot. Ridox front bumper should be here in the next week or two along with a few CF touches for the engine bay Cams, Injectors & mapping coming up after paint

  8. IMO if your building the motor then ditch the SC idea and go for twins, built motor is overkill for a basic S/C build. Ditch the UTEC & go uprev or syvecs. AAM basic kit is good enough for the figures your aiming for, I used it in my build. Cosworth fuel rails are not needed at these power levels but if you want rails then go for one of the higher spec AAM kits. Don't forget gauges - Oil temp, Boost & fuel pressure at a minimum along with a wideband. Have a look over on my350z.com at the Vortech bible also, I spent weeks reading that before my build
  9. Buy my Supra when its finished
  10. Had a thin mesh grille over mine Not running any protection on the Supra though nor did I on the GTR
  11. Yup, should never have sold mine. Looking at getting another next year or maybe a 370z

  14. OMG you are alive as well!!!!!!! How/where you been ???? Alive & kicking New job & Supra seems to take up most of my time these days
  15. Nah Docwra - its a forum mate, thats what they are for, expressing views.....else we'd all be stuck in BWM boxes!! The R33GTR does feel a lot bigger than the Z, especial width. Surprisingly though an R33GTR (non V spec) is 1600KG - which is roughly the weight of a 350Z GT ??? Really? I thought the 33 & 34 both felt the same size as a Z, if anything a bit narrower
  16. Had a 33 & 34 gtr. Utter moneypits but amazing when working properly.
