I did. There was a big increase in noise I never felt any loss of power but a recent dyno with an exhaust & y-pipe fitted showed a loss of around 30 ft/lb. Ive got a video somewhere of my z with decats & stock exhaust, i'll see if I can find it and put it up

I wouldnt bother with spats or splash guards. Full bumper/diffuser or keep it standard IMO
