It is possible to relocate them, But the problem I have at the moment is finding somewhere & making it look OEMish my new wheel is smaller than OEM & it feels a lot better

Wheels before seats IMO. Better to get the outside finished before the interior They had better be decent wheels aswell considering some of the parts you have
