Gay When are you fitting it? I've got one on order from Adam that I am sure comes with bolts, If you can wait a couple of weeks I can tell you the size of them then? or you could drop Adam a pm and ask him the size

Had it dynoed twice but a few months after fitting mods. Same dyno models but different place. Run 1 - Kinetix plenum, popcharger, decats, ichiba y-pipe & blitz exhaust = 282hp/240tq Run 2 - MD 5/16 spacer, popcharger, Custom HFC, custom y-pipe, greddy exhaust = 282hp/242tq Run 2 was about 18months after run 1

Doesn't the spacer come with extended bolts? where did you get it from? Why are you fitting it?

With all bolt ons (headers wasnt fitted at the time) I gained about 7hp without a remap but TQ was quite a bit down on standard figures

Nor mine, the Street view Astra was driving through my street a few months ago though On the basis that it took my pics in Aug/Sept 2008 I wouldn't hold your breath... Might be online by about 2012

The Vortech will make 340WHP with the whole car stock & just a tune Assuming that Dave is running the 2.87 pulley (which I'm pretty sure he is) then 400WHP should be no problem. Lets not forget that this is a kit that run 458WHP on the previous owners car, I fully expect dave will hit 400WHP with ease Don't forget that its Torque that kills motors & not HP

+1 Even if you assume that the GTi and the Zed were identical in terms of acceleration and top speed, wouldn't you still choose the Zed? +2 My mate has a revod GTI & there is nothing between us, Now hes got an Evo 7 aswell that thing is rapid

Yeh mark was saying, think he can do it on some of the ECU's though (US or JDM I think..) Hopefully will be able to do UK cars by the time I visit I vote for 415hp/ 365tq
