  1. Similar thing happened to my parents a few weeks ago. They agreed to buy a car, left a deposit & then the day they were supposed to collect it the guy selling it phoned them and told them that he had changed his mind
  2. Don't know but they are disgusting
  3. Things were a lot quieter around here back then, I bought the car I test drive aswell, even if Sarnie did think it was overpriced
  4. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4581 Pretty basic, had already been lurking for a few months before posting. Had just come back from a test drive & started posting here then

its an 06 same as mine. the changes came with the 56 reg plate Ok, so what BHP would I have? is there a way to find out without a rolling road haha (what should it be?) Sounds like the limited edition 450BHP version Lucky boy
  6. Look like Volk LE37T which have been discontinued
  7. http://www.my350z.com/forum/tuning/3330 ... ost5103792 Val had it working on a UK car though
  8. Why not? Its already been proven that the us utec doesnt work on jdm cars so its entirely possible Where is that info mate? It was on NS or my350
  9. Why not? Its already been proven that the us utec doesnt work on jdm cars so its entirely possible
  10. It makes sense for it to be the UTEC, but then I'd have thought that if it was the case that they were incompatible with UK ecus then they would not work at all instead of just running in a limited capacity?
  11. I have a theory behind that Both of those UTEC's were U.S. supplied. We already know that a U.S. supplied UTEC won't work on a JDM car so it is possible that they also won't work on a UK car.
  12. My policy with them was like for like Unfortunatley they dont cover all mods
  13. i think there is a difference underneath between USDM and UK. i think a few people have bought HKS copies (not true duals) and had to have them modified slightly to go round the diff (i think) i have the invidia which is a yank system and it fitted fine. so the others should be fine. i think true duals are easier as the path they take tends to miss all the vitals HKS is a true dual Some exhausts will interfere with the cover on the diff, US cars don't have the cover

    polished plenum

Me too! Thread hijack I had considered using the guide to do it myself but it looks way too much work! get hold of a 2nd hand one and do it yourself then sell your old one on to the next person. i contemplated it and then decided not only would it be hard work to do, but you need to maintain it, which means the odd polish here and there to stop it tarnishing. with that in mind i bought a carbon plenum instead no polishing required You can spray CF as well
  17. I often get asked why parts of my car are a different colour They dont appreciate the fetish
