  1. +1 at least 6 to 8 hours work... Still loling at 1.5h !!! Agreed, 1.5H Headers are a bitch of a job to do, I only did them because I got some DC headers for a silly price
  2. Please can it be the member who has to wait the longest for parts? I'm guaranteed to win then I'm still waiting for an RSW kit from Equibs You'll be waitin g a lot longer then seeing as they dont trade anymore
  3. Tim, how easy are the valve covers to remove? Tempted to pick up a spare set & do them in a wrinkle black effect
  4. number plate holder to be removed prior to stone chip respray and was advised that smoothing the badge depression was potentially a bad idea Depends who does it. One place wanted to fill my badge in with fibre glass & said that it would crack so they wouldnt guarantee it. Then the place I got it done at filled it with carbon fibre & gave me a lifetime guarantee that it wont crack nearly 3 years on & its still perfect, you can never tell a badge was there
  5. Smooth it all James, will look sooo much better
  6. Please can it be the member who has to wait the longest for parts? I'm guaranteed to win then

  13. They aren't on the Cusco can The arc can uses one of the plenum connections, one under the intake pipe & another at the back of the engine block
  14. remove that and then one hose into each Fitted
  15. i've found vefore that the yanks only ever track it as far as the depo, and after that the next message is when it turns up. my guess is its possibly in the uk or about to hit, but its customs on this side that is the slow progress. USPS Parcels get handed over to Parcel Force when they enter this country so put the USPS number into the Parcel Force website once it arrives in this country and then you'll get the most recent info. The USPS web site goes a bit buggy when the parcel enters the UK and says "Delivery Attemped Abroad" even though it hasn't left customs yet! I've just put your tracking number into the Parcel Force web site and it says it's still in customs. Once it clears there you'll get a letter a few days later asking you to cough up a £13.50 "Handling Fee" plus whatever customs have added on. Only once you've paid that will they release it for delivery. They way FedEx and UPS do things is much better as they just focus on delivering ASAP and then bill you for customs charges afterwards. And their handling fees are smaller too. +1 I hate parcel force with a passion - they tried charging me £6 to change the address on a package that they had entered wrongly
  16. Resistors for airbags are only a couple of pence on ebay, I bought a pack of 50 for about £2, still not got around to fitting them though
  17. Depends how soon my new one arrives
  18. From one extreme to another
  19. Painted plenum FTW I can lend you mine for a bit if you wanted to get yours polished
  20. Don't bother with the Kinetix, get the motordyne or splash out on a Cosworth Gauges you could run from the TB spacer are nothing worthwhile IMO. The most important gauges you can add will be oil tempurature & AFR IMO (Assumming that you are staying N/A). The ports on the TB spacer will let you run things like a boost gauge, map sensors, FPR etc. I honestly can't see the TB spacer effecting your fuel consumption at all & definatley not enough to be noticeable
