  1. My Tomei's were about £200 so about £80 more than Japspeed (worth the extra IMO). I had to wait about 6 weeks for them though
  2. I learnt this the hard way £18 for a bloody ignition fuse
  3. No need to remove battery Just remove battery cover, remove rubber strips, remove poppers from surround & remove. gives you full access to the grommet
  4. i only went for the Japspeed ones because I had them for free I changed to the Tomei's because they come with extra bungs for my wideband sensors & TBH the quality of the Tomei's is a lot better. Much better made, welds that are a work of art & seemed to be a thicker material (but then they should be for the price) I can't fault any of the 3 sets I've had though (nor the 1 set of hi flows I've had )
  5. They were ebay decats I've also had Japspeed & now have Tomei decats CEL spacers would be advisable but when I fitted them they never worked
  6. I believe that Thor did have a change of management at some point, so its possible that it may have been under the old regime. All I know is that I paid nearly £400 to find out my UTEC was faulty (I still have my reservations about this & am still digging), fit a sandwich plate between oil filter, fit an 02 sensor & fit an oil temp sensor They claimed that the most part of my bill was for the UTEC, something that they knew was second hand but still went ahead & fitted permanantly before even testing it. Nurrish has an even better story than me
  7. I would destroy combes sound testing equipment
  8. you're not stuck in the boot asking us on your phone I hope?? ooo eerrr....as it happens!!!!

  11. Could try Co-Ordsport, they may be able to get them
  12. Funny that, my car had the same fault there with the same equipment I also paid them a lot of money & from what I can tell I paid it for them to plug in an 02 sensor, an oil temp sensor & a snadwich plate
  13. +2 these things can get out of hand... I wouldnt mind hearing both sides of the story so let him get on her eand tell us and then invite the garage, nothing like a good banter The garage are already on here
  14. I know who it is. A mate linked me it to it while my car was there
  15. +1 The problem I find with that is that all the 'old boys' get at the front & then everyone else gets shunted to the back See Japfest for the last 3 years where all the 350s are at the back
  16. My office is a few mins away from there & I stayed in Kings Langley for 6 weeks when I started my job
