  1. Errrr, no I was just going off advice from Abbey when I was looking at a TT conversion. A true dual helps but you dont HAVE to change to a TD as you implied Also if your going TT headers are a waste of time as the TT kit will come with its own manifolds. I did headers, paid 3 times more in labour than I paid for the things but I gained 13hp on an untuned engine
  2. Thanks They needed a roll once I swapped to a 285/35 rear tyre, they were fine with the 275s I had before that
  3. I'm not too sure how to say it without offending the entire Skyline driving world but for all I can appreciate how technically amazing they are..........fook me they've got a look only a mother could love. I mean seriously that car was shot out of a cannon into a forest of ugly trees and then beaten by a gang of Fiat Multipla's with clubs made from the the branches of the ugly trees. The interior looks like the inside of a 1970's office block.........after a nuclear holocaust..........where an nuclear holocaust survivor lived for a bit and took a turd. ................I'm not keen Also........they're GROUP 20 and do about 10 miles to the gallon and run on super!!!!!! As I said - at what point does an R34 become 'not massive amounts more expensive' to run than a Diesel Lancer! I've got 4 Degus to feed and clothe you know! Oi I prefer the interior in my R34 to the Z The lower models will be crap though & if you bought a GTT then you would always wish you bought the GTR so for that reason I suggest a R33 GTR

  5. From what I have read on here you need upper and lower plenum spacers on a revup Zed, I can't remember if Paul had a bulge or not if he did it certainly wasn't much to write home about..... If he had a bulge then he never had a spacer

Are you looking for any brand in particular? I've got this one that came off the Skyline that you can have if you want it
  7. Car looks amazing, sticker looks chav
  8. Dropping the engine will be a whole lot easier and tbh there probably wont be a lot of difference time wise compared to doing them in situ. I was gonna get the GTM twin turbo set up, I did look at the rear mount & midmounts and although really well built he couldn't guarantee fitment on RHD car.
  9. So if it doesn't pass an MOT its not road legal Correct. But cars have been known to pass an MOT with a decat - mine passed its MOT for 4 years running with a decat I think that's luck rather than legal No luck involved at all

  11. Ceramics, no fitment interference but the steering rack had to disconnected to make fitment easier. If you do it this way make sure you mark it before taking it apar so that it lines back up or you will get a dashboard like a Christmas tree. The whole reason for my selling up was 95% due to me bottling the TT, the supercharger never really suited my driving style so I never reallt got on with it that well & you can't beat the thrill of a turbo
  12. Decats themselves are road legal but fitting them will make your car unlikely to pass a MOT.
