  1. I bet most MOT testers (and police) won't be able to visually tell the difference between a HFC & a decat which leaves it all down to the emissons check Silenced decat Berk HFC Not lot of difference in the way they look Luckily the GTR only has 4 bolts and I can get at my decat without jacking the car up for now
  2. Looks good Chris You just need some skyline products now
  3. Brand new still in the box. 350mm Personal neo grinta wheel in black leather with red stitching. Bought this a few months ago with the intention of fitting it to the GTR but I've spent my money on other things instead £130 delivered in the UK. I've no real need to sell it so at the moment I am not open to offers, I'll just keep it untill I can find a suitable hub and QR
  4. I sold my Z by part cash/part paypal payment. I bought the GTR mainly by bank transfer but then paid the last few grand in cash on collection. Was quite nervous in the airport with a few K in my pocket

    why so difficult?!

Whats the problem with using US or Japanese based companies? If you use the right companies then you'll get it quicker than most UK suppliers anyway

If only it were that easy, I learnt the hard way. Have a read here http://my350z.com/forum/shop-builds/454 ... -swap.html Theres also a 4wd G35 kicking round the states somewhere with a RB motor in it. I'd love to see someone do it over here tbh but its not gonna be straight forward.

So your planning on using a R32 engine, a R32 wiring loom, a R32 dash - just buy the bloody R32 it will be cheaper

If you are serious about this, get in contact with RIPS in NZ. I was in talks with them last year about fitting a RB30 to my Z & they seemed to think it would be easier than a 26. There was a UK tuner that I used once & we discussed it & they were very keen to try it out but I wouldn't trust them with a push bike let alone a car

First thing you need will be deeeeeeep pockets. Custom engine mounts as RB is a lot longer than the VQ. WIll need to make a custom wiring loom & I still don't think the issue with the tach has been resolved yet by the few people who have done it. RB25 gearbox will be needed. Dont forget that the RB is an engine thats designed to work in a 4WD car & the VQ is RWD. I looked into doing it a last year, its cheaper to buy a skyline. Infact its cheaper to buy a skyline and keep the Z

    HSD Coilovers

Recently fitted them to an Evo & its tucking the tyres now & still has a fair bit of adjustment left Really well made aswell & pretty comfortable. Might get a set for the Skyline if my Nismo's don't go low enough
  13. Nonsense. I know that I'd happily pay a bit extra for a set of wheels if they came with a decent set of tyres & I'd bet nearly everyone else here would aswell. I'd hold out for £700 Rich.
  14. KENT: Motor Care, Tunbridge Wells http://www.motorcarebodyshop.co.uk/ Nissan approved, fully equipped, not cheap but quality workmanship. CARDIFF: Auto Body Spray , City Road http://www.autobodyspray.co.uk/ Not the cheapest or the quickest but the work is top quality
  15. You should like my girlfriend, she got bored half way through, dropped Sopranos after 4 seasons because it was too slow, I think she lasted 1 season of The Wire that said I know what you mean, it's slow but I find it good none the less. I got half way through the 2nd season of the wire before ditching it Sopranos, I can watch multiple times though Only seen snippets of boardwalk, may have a look at it over the weekend
  16. Don't know, I'll go measure now I've never seen any other bar fit with the APS tbh tbh, I completley forgot you had a HR
