  10. Those of you that have been here long enough may remember the original Z-Shed (Not @Keyser fake one :P) This was where I built my HKS supercharged Z over a winter it was an experience for sure. Last year, I moved house and my sole requirement was either a garage or space to build a garage - the rest of the house the Mrs could have and do what she pleased with. So, we bought a house with a decent sized garage, not quite a double but a decent size none the less As you can see, it needed a bit of work doing to it. After almost 12 months, I finally got around to getting some prices on sorting it out. A few builders came to price up the job and the general consensus was that the roof was unsafe. Tiled roof on a timber structure and it was starting to bow - this was much more work that just getting the floor laid and the walls done On the bright side though, it means I can now get the garage I always wanted (even if its not quite as wide as i'd like) work to be done; Remove roof Raise building structure as high as possible without the need for planning Fit new roof Lay new concrete floor Insulate and board walls New electric roller door New LED lighting strips Fit outside tap Build ramp into garage Work was supposed to take 4 weeks, we are currently coming to the end of the 4th week and still not finished - I reckon still another 2 weeks atleast
