  1. oh dear LOL - do they not have carvery's where you live Jay, or is it simply not up to ones standards?!
  2. A few of us are at JapFest on the Z Club stand, have to pop over and see us and vise versa we'll come see you
  3. As Jay says, 11th May is one of out bi-annual Wales drive outs. Most of the club will be there and in all honesty anyone not attending will be shot on site if they turn up to another meet rather than Wales (no offence to GTROC )
  4. Nice one, makes my R6 look soooo old and outdated! I really should get my R6 back out and running again and stop spending money on the Zed so much!
  5. He'll end up doing a Sarnie and having all the bits, non of them fitted and sell them to someone on here
  6. Downloading now for my Laptop 1.16 gig in 9 minutes. Does that include Vista SP1? Reading the info page on it its says its for Vista SP1 but not that it contains the SP1 update distrobutable. Might have missed it though. Need to get it downloaded and mounted
  7. Dont worry Jay, I'll bring my extending wheel wrench and we can sit and protect our cars while the ladies get our dinner
  8. I thought a trader on there did them for like £190, with £200 inc delivery? Hmmm Give Phil a shout and see what he can do them for
  9. cant pal still waiting for bits from adam@z1 which will be end of month then pics galor promise Yeah yeah so you keep telling us Cant wait to see the finished article mate
  10. They're not that expensive considering they are OEM units. After market ones would cost around £150 so £200 for proper Nissan ones aint bad in my eyes

    Z Sticker

Took me a while to get mine on (6 months), but thats just rediculous!!! Get it on now!
  12. Hmm, need to work on my patients! hehe. Fitted the new rear clear indicator cluster this weekend, my god what a sod that is!

No lower than standard but the profile makes them look that way, yes better protection but also prone to the paint on the return edge being chipped away very quickly. We cover these edges with a clear protective vinyl after painting. wll post up prices tommorow. Good man Renegade: promise to give the thread back soon
  14. Give it a go and see. All DVDs are the same format, theres no such thing as a NTSC or PAL DVD, all it means is the DVD player can playback in that format for the TV. If you make it region free with DVD Shrink it should work, I see no reason for it not to
  15. How do you guys manage to wait more than 10 minutes after recieving stuff to have it fitted? I have spent countless nights straight after picking up bits fitting them ASAP! Dont know how you can wait, unless it really needs a bodyshop or mechanic! Things like carbon goodies, I have fitted within a few minutes
  16. to the forum. DVD Shrink is the sort of thing I think you are looking for. Take a DVD, DVD shrink will read it and dump it out region free to your hard disk ready for burning with something like Nero. You can even shrink a normal retail 9GB DVD down to 4GB with virtually no loss of quality (certainly true on a small car screen) so save burning to expensive dual layer DVDs

What about the Nismo skirts Phil? (sorry threadjack!). Are they much wider/lower than standard and do they offer more protection than standard? Oh and price?
  18. +1 - from what I've seen, you'll fetch more selling them one at a time rather than a set all at once. Just like dealers
  19. The only stupid question is the one you don't ask... +1 - ask Phil, he gets plenty of stupid calls from me

US ebay will have plenty, prepainted too. Also give BigPhil@ESR a shout and see if he can price match. Since getting my new wheels I'm contemplating these while I save up for some Nismo skirts as I have seen a few more stone chips (wider wheels, who'd have em!). Any one have any ideas if they Nismo skirts give anything like the protection of the splash guards, or at least more than the standard skirts?
  21. Is that a cuppacino? I saw them at JapFest last year, the fella running it was very nice and gave us loads of info on them EDIT: No looking at my pics thats not what I thought it was
  22. That looks stunning Kev. Have to agree Varis carbon is superb, I'm loving my Varis carbon lip Are you going to paint it or leave the weave on show? I think it could look quite good pained to match the car, but thin enough to see the weave. Kind of what I'm thinking of doing if I get a carbon bonnet.
