  1. does that apply to all drilled discs or a specific make? Ususally hear this with cheap discs designed for the road. They cant take the heat cycling and end up cracking. Anything you get off a trader on here will not do this. They look like EBC discs to me, but could be any cheap imitation of many, so I would stay well clear. If you want new discs and pads, but a thread up in the Wanted section and the traders will do you a good deal
  2. Seem like you've already got it sorted, but basically theres a sensor in the "spinny bit" of the steering wheel column/hub (I think its grey - but you already seem to have found it as you said you spun it ), which you have to keep in place. If you spin it around, it confuses the ABS and TC. Get it back to the right place and all will be well again Oh and
  3. +1 - when I dropped my old boss off at home one day, I had to take his lad (about 7 or 8 at the time) for a quick blast around the block. He was well impressed and was going to tell all his mates at school the next day. Told his dad he had to get one, and to be fair he did look into getting a G35/G37 but decided it wasnt practical enough.
  4. And i can block you full stop. you need a reason Where does it say that? Exactly. We dont need a reason, we are the law Heres a question though. If someone suspends a user, and then I click suspend them again, does my suspension get added to theirs? I can see Sarnie being off the boards a long time if that happens
  5. +1 - forgot to mention that. I'm not the biggest fan of big spoilers, so definately prefer it without
  6. Nice one mate, thats got to be one of the most hardcore hacks achieved in the UK! I can see why that service centre charges so much now
  7. Nice writeup Dan, some good reference piccies for people out to attempt mods
  8. Guess its still a piggy back ECU thought, so still not easyily done
  9. I'm sure before when it was mentioned, to remove FBW you needed an aftermarket ECU. Does the V Pro emulate the FBW throttle to the ECU? I would have thought it would get rather confused not having a throttle to control
  10. Saw the write up in Evo or TG and it looked the nutts
  11. Blimey, not starting on the easy tricks are ya?! 360 when you havent riden in years?!
  12. I wasnt saying send it to Clarion, I was saying ask those guys (who happen to be called Clarion Service, but I dont think they are Clarion themselves) what they do to fix it. Glad you seem to have found the culprit though, will be good to see if you can fix it
  13. I guess your boss doesnt have a car you want to drive? If so I guess you'd be trading a go in your car for a drive of theirs You'll be more than happy with a Zed coming from an MX5
  14. So your not coming this time either then?
  15. you cheeky bugger Sarnie got a z before me But hes come to Wales before
  16. Might be best to PM him bud, hes not always around, as he does have a shop to run
  17. Sounds normal. Will be higher when cold (oil being thicker, requiring more pressure to move around). Once up to temp, they should all sit in near as damn it the same range
  18. And now you'll have no numberplate left at Wales
  19. Balls to that! Hope you get reimbersed another way. I would never sign up for a contract where they can ring you whenever they please and demand you do OT
