I definately would be then I think the guys worried about damage should give it a go too, you really dont have to push at all, I certainly wont be. Just a chance to do some laps around Silverstone and get some good piccies of your car on track (I will give my SLR camera to someone whos spectating if they like to take pics?)

Claying is easy mate, just make sure you use loads of lube with it. You will start with too much, but thats fine, you soon get the feel for it. Also make sure you start with small chunks so that if (WHEN!) you drop it, you dont mind throwing it away. Also check out DetailingWorlds guides they are the best With the tyre shine, get yourself a foam applicator. I just recenty got one and it makes it so easy. Just spray on the applicator and wipe it around the tyre. No getting it on the drive or alloys and nice even finish

Think the current used to be in bold and the others werent or something like that. The usual style I see is for the current page the number isnt underlined and for the others (which are links) it is. It might be the new style doesnt underline links which is what the problem is.

The problem with TC is that if all 4 wheels are sliding, then 2 get grip but 2 dont, it can grab you and unsettle the car further. In most cases its good, but there are some instances where it doesnt like it. When I did the CarLimits airfield activity day you have to turn TC off for the high speed bend if TC kicks in it can unsettle the car and you wont save it. Works in more cases than not so always worth having it on, just sometimes it goes a bit wrong

Looks like you had a close call there mate. I dont have any advice, but await what they say about yours. I looked at mine a while back and it appeared to be perishing. I asked especially for the garage to look at it and they said it was fine. Hope it doesnt go the same way as yours
