How many hours does that equate to? I think Adam said he can do it in ~3hrs? I'm sure the Nissan monkeys local to me told me it was an 8hr job So somewhere in between should be about right! £180 sounds reasonable as long as they know what they are doing. Alex/Adam will put you straight
  2. One at least is coming Tuesday according to Tom, that'll keep ya happy Mines getting a wash - at Mikes. Thats about it. He might take pitty on me and polish my exhaust again Whilst you are washing my car Nah I'll get the girls to do your car
  3. Might have been mentioned before, but what sort of price range will we be looking at to get this done? Would you also be up for a dyno day to do a whole day of us? I have just landed myself a bonus (no pay rise this year ), so thinking I might blow it on a remap if they are proven to be good
  4. On its definately more than enough for NA. I assume you did your research when going FI and chose the engine managemant appropriately. Just I nearly got lynched when I mentioned tuning my Zed with one to the MLR chaps
  5. Does anyone want them at Wales? If not I'll pay up and get mine sent sooner rather than later
  6. One at least is coming Tuesday according to Tom, that'll keep ya happy Mines getting a wash - at Mikes. Thats about it. He might take pitty on me and polish my exhaust again OOOOOOOO how exciting, i love the way you know before i do :-P I poped in on the way back from the PH Sunday Service to enquire about tyre fitting and pick up the Nismo Y. He happened to mention that your "mod" had made it onto a container just before it left so was coming early
  7. Just dont tell any Evo drivers you have a unichip on an FI car
  8. Its been easy enough to get in and out before, so long as someone doesnt block you in on the stand I had to leave early last year, so when they all went out on track, I moved mine to the front of the 2 rows we had.

  10. Yes, but your tuner set a rev limit still. If he didnt, dont come crying to me when you blow your engine up As I said, you will always be limited, didnt say you couldnt move the limit. There will always be a safe limit to how much the engine can rev no matter what you do to it
  11. Thats the same distance from me as the original one. I think I'd prefer the original as we can get better prices Heathrow I suspect will get the best turnout as its easy to get to from a lot of places (M4, M3, M1 etc) Theres also an outdoor track in Surbiton which I did with the MLR. Wasnt the most interesting layout though.
  12. Its worth as much as someone is willing to pay. You cant dwell on the past, its simple supply and demand. Brand new they are a lot more, so for someone it will be worth that price. If you want to hold out for a cheaper one, good luck to you
  13. Funny you mention that, we're looking at places to go Karting around Slough for work. Heathrow is on the list as is this place, but we're trying to get more details - http://www.absolute-karting.co.uk/karting-details.php
  14. I dont mind taking the ones to Wales that people want to pick up from there? I'll probably get mine sent in the post anyway, so if more people want them for Wales, we can chuck them all in the same delivery to me and I can get them distrobuted up there.
  15. +1 - try pulling it towards the back of the car, keeping it level. If you let go it will retract back into the dash. If you pull it out as far as you can it will then tilt down
  16. Unless its been modified, the standard door, you need to pull it out towards you (keeping it level) and once out all the way, then down. It should shut then. Its a very awkward mechanism. It will give some resistance as when its closed and you press the button, it retracts on its own. I believe there was an aftermarket door you could get that was driven off a small motor, but I dont know how those ones work. If you could post a pic that would be great as there are a couple of versions.
  17. Thanks for the heads up. I read about it in this months TG mag. They take guys who are sh*t hot at driving games and train them up to be race drivers. From a big group of people, they whittle it down to 2 where they get to compete in a proper race. Will be interested to see it in video
  18. +1 - did you get to do a lap with them? That would have been the cherry on top!
  19. They do everyyyyything! No ones wallet is safe
  20. Could be tempted. It an hr and a half drive for me though, so would like to see some kind of major event running over most of the day? Maybe a track nearer West London to attract more members?
