  1. Nice one mate. Glad NMGB realised their mistake this time.
  2. Depends on your budget. There was one going second hand for about £650, and you can get them new for considerably more. If you want a new one Adam@Z1 is likely your best source.

Thanks Guys, I've been out all day Pm's sent to all those who pm'd me and posted to all those who ordered. You need a secretary. Martin W is pretty much living at yours at the moment by the sounds of it, why not make him earn his keep by answering the phone and PMs
  4. Better get that airon installed in my bedroom then. Some points last year it was unbarable. If its going to be hotter this year, I'll be sleeping in the car with the aircon on
  5. The only way I can see it working is if you get a trader on board and have it sent to there premises. Say for example Adam can get them for the Chillis or CS cheaper than they can source them themselves, then you could have them delivered to them and distrobuted from there, say some for them plus the ones for the GB. Will give a good saving on postage which is where the most money is saved in GBs from the US
  6. Very nice mate I want my centre cosole doing like that, but with the Aston like fat stitching down the side where the corner of it is. Also looking into flocking which gives a similar effect but can be done cheaper and easier on the more difficult bits. I would avoid the fake stuff, mine looked mint but now starting to fade on the bits in the sun

MJP are traders on here, you get a discount too I think CS and the Chilli's could potentially do it cheaper though, shoot them a PM As for the gains - slight (and I mean slight!) gains can be had, but mainly for noise. You can actually lose power in certain instances due to heat soak, but when moving its not a problem.
  8. Dont buy it Cheap and nasty, wont filter sod all and the last thing you want is dust getting into the engine! Get a filter from a trusted trader on here and you know you are going to get good filtration and it wont kill the engine. The proper ones cost more for a reason

    Clutch

Doesnt supprise me in the slightest Nissan like to add things to the task list, it keeps them in the job Dont have to be done at the same time, but for the labour costs, its usually best to get them both done. Saying that, its usually people who need the clutch doing that get the flywheel, not heard of anyone who has the flywheel and thinking of doing the clutch! How old is your clutch? Might be worth replacing it, or hold off on the flywheel until you need the clutch?
  10. Think I did my boot with about 5m, but it was tight. 10m should be enough, but if you want to do things like the speaker pods in the rear of the car, you'll probably want even more!
  11. I might make you a friend of Amanda, that would really confuse you! If people join the "Facebook - 350z-uk.com" group then there is a forum page on there that says everyones forum name
  12. +1 - the only stuff I saw going that cheap before was the end of roll stuff where they cant guarentee that any 2 pieces you get are off the same roll or batch. That way you might get slight differences in the colour. Might be worth sending the seller a message to make sure this isnt the case.
  13. Think I'll be in the list after Wales! Whats the finish like? It looks like unlaquered CF, is that what it looks like in real life? I like the idea of a carbon dash but dont want it to be shiney. Guess I will find out at Wales
  14. Yeah I agree. I just looked at my printout again and I am running the same AFR as you by the sounds of it. Topped out at a 13.5:1 AFR, which is higher than I remember. I think my pop charger also lost me power. I get the feeling (and has been said before) that the ECU isnt tuned to handle the extra flow. So give it more flow and it will allow you to use it a bit until you hit the ceiling AFR, which might be where we are with the OEM setup. Hopefully a new tune with chuck in some more fuel and bring down the AFR into a 12.5 region
  15. Jerry I think you are fast becoming the new Sarnie
  16. Fair dues, but I meant the ones that we are interested in aren't made in the UK, like the Work, Volk, etc. So.... Touche I agree there are plenty of finely made wheels in this country, but I've never heard of Work being made over here. Could be wrong though, wouldnt be the first time
  17. Lakeside is just off the M25 , so what would people prefer, individaul or teams (2-3 ppl) ?, this dependent on it being held at lakeside ? Yeah, but how far round from the M4 and M3 It basically more than doubles my trip from 35mins to nearly 1.5hrs! I'm up for it either way I reckon, just you will definately get more interest if people dont have to go all the way around the M25 to get there Same for us mate but the other way round! will easy take 1.5 hours to get to heathrow Fair enough, I didnt realise you guys were that far away! Just thought there would be more interest if it was more central. Maybe I should badger my regional meets organiser to do one for my area
  18. Payment sent Tim, look forward to getting it and having it fitted
  19. Take it the heaters get as hot as usual when on? Not an airlock somewhere?
  20. I did think that, but why only come on with the heater?
  21. Very odd indeed, never heard of that before, but then again I've never looked for it either! Is it defiantely down to the heater then? Do they cut in and out with the engine running as normal?
  22. However will we survive without his insider knowledge and fantastic discounts???? And his groundbreaking detailling techniques
