Spoke to Paul earlier who convinced me to put my car in for pretty much all of the front end being covered in the paint shield film as I have a Kuro black version. I know he has done a fair few 350z but can you guys recommend his quality of installation for those of you that know him? Cheers

Ok I know there have been a few posts about this in the past; i just wanted to see if I can get a definative answer. So I have a Kuro Black 350z which is in pretty much brand new condition, is it worth me investing in the plastic protection film as I do a fair bit of driving, some of which is on the motorway? got a kuro black z so its crucial that i use the right products. i have used meguiars in the passed and thought it was pretty good. any other suggestions?

well apart from someone nicking my antenna, the experience has been amazing! The performance is out of this world and everything I hoped for and more. Car drinks a lot more petrol than I thought though and I am having to drive so carefully to work to keep the fuel consumption down! Oh well it is so worth, if I have to give up drinking or something to save the money then I will. Bring on the fun!!!

ok so those who have read my last thread. I have put down £5000 deposit on a kuro black with alezan 350z (2005, 3380 miles) Ive got her for 23400 which i think is quite reasonable. THe car is in as new condition bar a few swirl marks that i think are to be expected with this colour. Ill def be getting the meguaurs out for some serious polishing every week. Can anyone give me some final purchase tips before i hand over the rest of the money on sat as the deposit is still refundable? Many thanks

took it for a test drive today. Car is like new bar a few minor stone chips. Sorting out the money now and should hopefully have it by next week!

by the way is this swirling issue on the black that noticeable? For those of you that own a black one have you regretted your choice of colour based on this should i just go for gunmetal to be safe??

Hi guys Been browsing the site for the last few months now so thought i would finally register as I am currently looking for a 350z. i have 25K to spend so I think I can get a late 2004/2005 Ideally I would like a black one with alezan leaher and sat nav (if I can find it) Currently there is only one on autotrader at the moment which i may go see shortly My main concern is that I have heard a few horror stories about the 350z paint quality especially the Kuro black. One dealer has even said that he would not sell me a black one because they have apparently suffered from blistering and excessive stone chipping. Dont know how true this is so i would appreciate the opinions of anyone with a black version. Not really worried about anything else as it seems to be a very solid car Apart from that if anyone is selling and you have the spec that I am after please can you let me know! many thanks
