  1. Bad dinner? Personally don't like them and tyres are, well, not exactly the best. End of the day if you like them that's what counts. Nope had an awesome curry. I'm just struggling to see what makes these a bargain? The nearly new tyres are fantastic. But completely the wrong size. The TC light is going to be flickering like christmas tree lights. Not much of a bargain when you have to buy a new set of 19 inch tyres in the correct sizes. They don't look nice (imo) and probably weigh a tonne.
  2. I'll send it to you PS: Your Movember is pathetic
  3. I wouldn't disagree that even a cheap new laptop will wipe the floor with the one I'm using it's just I don't actually need it to do a great deal. It's used purely for work which is about 80% internet based. It's never been used to play games or watch films or run multiple heavy usage programs like CAD or PS etc. I just want to be able to click on a URL and not have to wait up to a minute a times for the page to load. The Mrs is ready to spend about £500 on a replacement for me for xmas but if I can do something like a clean install to bring it back to anywhere near a usable performance level or just chuck £50 at some RAM etc, then I'd rather do that and spend the money on something else
  4. Hi Guys, I've got a Sony Vaio laptop and it's sending me crazy!! It's a few years old now but it's getting soooooooo slooooooow now I think I'm going to put my foot through the screen any day now! On start up, I daren't even try to load up a browser window for at least 20 mins whilst it wakes up. Sometimes I click on something and it can can up to a full minute for it to do what I've asked it. I'm not asking it do to a great deal; I only have a few programs open at any one time and one IE browser window open with about three tabs open at any one time. So the question I have are; a) Is there something I can be doing to speed it up? Deleting stuff? De frag hard drive? System clean up? etc etc Is it worth considering upgrading the RAM, Hard drive and/or processor? c) Should I just bite the bullet and buy a brand new laptop?? System specs; Sony Laptop VGN-N38E Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor T2130 1.86GHz 1Gb DDR2 SDRAM 120Gb HDD (37GB 'FREE' apparently) Intel Media Graphics Accelerator 950 Windows Vista Thanks for any help! Liam
  5. Yes but the Nismo Editions were JDM/USDM only and rare as rocking horse poop. Original kits like I had were Fibreglass which means they were prone to cracking. Mine has spiderweb-like cracking even when it was only six weeks old. Belive it or not but a good fitting plastic kit is more durable than the original kits so don't discount them.
  6. I am not taking my venom out on the forum just telling it like it is, paul is the owner of rs he was happy with the reply that mark gave him also he is the expert is he not, who am I to tell him his job not knowing anything about it myself. You have strong opinions on certain things and have a right to express them so have I, you were not there on the day I was, to take my car back to leeds would have cost me another £200 for missed work per day also screwed up work for my guys. Would he refund my loss of earnings I don't think so. How do you know what they would do without reporting it to them?? zzzzzzzzzzzzz
  7. I'd be buying a 355 Berlinetta or GTS. I've been hankering after one for years but I'd need a garage as I don't think it would take too kindly to sitting on my drive all the through the winter. Damn you wifey for talking me into converting the garage into a dining room

  12. I know what you mean, I made the decision to buy another zed recently and am now getting very itchy feet!! I'm supposed to be waiting for the Mrs to go back to work at the end of February but it's like pulling teeth!
  13. May have been more than the people standing over him watching him choke on his tongue etc..... Not saying your a bad person for driving on, but if there was one thing I could do to potentially help I'd do it. Even if that one thing was just rolling them into the correct position, putting a coat over them or phoning their husband/wife etc. I hope you enjoy hell
