  1. R32 is virtually identical to the A3 3.2 (my mate has one) in the wet theres no chance for the Z as the Golf would have much better traction, I'm talking standing starts here once its moving its a different story. On the track the Golf wouldn't beat the Z, just like the A3 didn't. The Z accelerates better & quicker no question.
  2. Can't see the pic so maybe yeah.
  3. No dish mate.... Can't remeber the name, possibly Flavius sprayed his rays blackish. Looked cool! Might be some pics from JAE if you take a look... Flirt was the name you're look for iirc mate
  4. Yep, you're bang on Stew - back up to DD - good girl!!!!
  5. Yeah good to see you too fella . Matt blue , I think my smoke grey/gunmetal wheels looked particularly good though!!! Was definately like looking at before & after pics from the car wash!!
  6. Nah, it'd just end up dirtier again. Still those bum & legs prints from the baby oil were world class!!
  7. Bout 6.30 ish, we had a very brief chat at the lights. Gutted, side by side and my motor is proper filthy and Mike's is all nice & gleaming
  8. [quote name="Sarnie" @AndyC Do you remember what we were discussing on the last meet? Well' date=' if you do, I did it
  9. Nope not for me Sunday it is then! Yep Sunday sounds good!!
  10. Yeah doesn't look nice mate, glad to hear you're back to driving!!!
  11. !!! Have nearly seen that happen - one of the lads I know decided he could take the big right hander at the end of the pit straight flat out in a Caterham (would be around 110-120), anyway he couldn't and "just about managed to stop before getting to the sea". Pure entertainment.
  12. I'd forgotten about the reworks, ah well at least it gives me longer to sort it! I loved the old track, hope this new one is half as good. Agree with the noise too, as far as I know theres no restriction and as you say it is very much in the middle of nowhere.
  13. Yep I've had exactly the same thing mate, glass just needs reseating - had mine done under warranty.
  14. Depends when you wanna do it mate, I'm away for a week from the 5/2 but if its before or after that I'm well up for it TheMinel Sarnie H5 (if we can accomodate dates) beavis digsy Liam AndyC
  15. Hey all It was mentioned a little while ago on another thread (couldn't find it - sorry) that I'd get a price for getting a track day at Anglesey as my mate has some decent contacts with a company that organises days there. Just to let anyone know that had expressed a kind of interest (it was absolutely nothing concrete at this stage) that I haven't forgotten. My mate has just had a cruciate op on his knee so the last thing on his mind right now is track days. As soon as he is up & fixed I'll start getting into his ribs again to get a price & I'll post up as soon as I know.
  16. Track days are MUCH more fun. Even better in a Caterham though
  17. And we'd have to pay for the equipment in the first place - what a joke!!!
  18. Signed & circulated. Absolute facking disgrace.
  19. From the sounds of things they've been manufactured by someone else and then got GTC stamped on them - looks like they do the same with their brakes too (endless).
  20. Give us a shout mate and I'll hook up for a beer if you fancy it
  21. Stop being lazy and get them sorted out under warranty then!!!!!
  22. Great spot and a lovely cheeky bit of flyering
