  1. Yes but on the flip side, the Westway group of Nissan dealers price fix all their P2 servicing at the £230-250 mark! just shows what ringing around does....
  2. A couple of the "good" dealers around the northwest will do a P2 for that sort of figure without oil! If you have any reason to be up here then can pass on details.....

    recalls?

Why, did they have different design of these components? Is it something to do with the size of their filling hoses etc?
  4. Post tidied just to leave relevant important info.
  5. I'd be very surprised if the ones on ebay go for less than this AND you helping out a fellow member!
  6. Yep, thats what I would expect!
  7. Nice one mate..... Not sure how well you know Manchester, so might be worth PMing Mike and me with your mobile in case you can't find the pub/restauratant etc? The magnificent seven! 1. M13KYF 2. AndyC 3. TheMinel 4. beavis 5. Jacko 6. Liam 7. Limiter
  8. Free upgrade now available to improve visual quality of old games and movies etc..... http://www.technologyreview.com/Wire/18780/
  9. And if Chris doesnt buy em then I'll probably be interested!
  10. I've got the new Samsung D900 which is a nice slim phone and the best all rounder I think. Had it a month or two and at the time there wasn't a lot better around. http://www.samsung.com/uk/products/mobilephones/mobilephones/sgh_d900zkao2u.asp Also the new Ultra Edition Samsungs are nice. http://www.samsung.com/uk/products/mobilephones/mobilephones/sgh_u600hbao2u.asp I looked at the new Sony Ericssons but they are oriented towards music on phones, therefore a lot of the techie phone features were missing. Either that or the keys were crap for actually using for texts etc.... I had a SE K750i before and just wanted something that was a bloody good all round phone, but not worried about a music player Anyway the Samsung D900 will do all that you want, although it may have some slightly better competiion now..... I know the N95 is meant to be good, but too chunky to be carrying around all the time.......
  11. Fair enough! Can't knock your honesty......
  12. So basically you are saying that you are a badge snob?? That doesn't make sense....... why pay £200 - £300 more in average for a full set (i know you got a great deal) for something that a lot of the time ain't as good!? I wouldn't buy em if they were crap, but they are not. Even a lot of the tyre sites now class them as premium sports tyre. Its just that they are not as well known Each to their own I suppose, but seems crazy for me
  13. Going to have some nice mileage on it quickly then!
  14. Apologies Margrip, thread got a bit out of hand then especially considering its a for sale one... So I've tidied up for you. Hope you get everything sold mate

    recalls?

By recalls, i think he is refering non critical issues such as skipping cd players etc that are rectified under warranty but not after it has expired Agreed, but its important to see the difference in terminology between a warranty claim and a recall! So Zzzz is correct in what he's saying. If there was a recall such as a risk of petrol igniting when filling up, it wouldn't matter if you were out of warranty....... you should still get the letter stating its going to be done for safety reasons.
  16. is puty the same as "out" on a fat fingered keyboard?
  17. Just make sure you have one of our mobiles as well..... I'll have mine on me as sure mike will. PM me if you lost numbers etc
  18. Whats that called Mike? Top quote from page 7..... "meet at 7.15 - 7.30 at Sams Chop House then off to Grinch for a bite eat. After some food head up Northern Qtr then see what happens after that. "
  19. Thats a fair point to be honest....... also less likely to get Nissan dealers trying to blame your exhaust for anything if something happened with your engine....... (you know they would try). I'm well happy with the DC and prefer the sound to a nismo as much deeper rumble low down revs, but Nismo's are a better finish slightly. I'd go for a true HKS next time I think!
  20. Digsy/Lomoto, Yeah fine mate, just thought I'd post up so you knew. We might as well all stay together/near and can have a laugh the night before etc..... Would be good and can have a nice short convoy in in the morning! Val, see what you mean if Debbie's working. How inconvenient!
  21. Right for anyone that does fancy staying over..... I've just booked in here. Can't grumble for a Holiday Inn at £44!! Only 9 miles from the circuit as well. http://www.laterooms.com/en/p1301/pv9995893/hotel-reservations/83685_holiday-inn-northampton-west-m1-junc-16-northampton.aspx I know Chris (Chesterfield) has now booked in as well. Anyone else fancy staying over, having a nice relaxing meal and a couple of "diet" beers. Plus less hassle in the morning, and less likely of being tired on track!
  22. Probably not the best thing to call a lady Val!
  23. You could always use the Valet store discount on the front page? Contact mod or admin for code etc.....
  24. Excellent! Power to the people! Glad it looks like you are getting a resolution now and about bloody time!
