  1. Hi Matt, Sorry I didn't get chance to meet you that day and couldn't end up getting there.... But to the nuthouse!
  2. Also, if you ain't going to mod this year, then try Privilege as well.... If you planning to declare mods, then forget it as they ask for both limbs when you declare. As for comparing, its all about postcodes as well...... so hard to compare with other people!
  3. Ooops I even missed myself off last time..... martinmac Max Digsy, BigPhil TheMinel Jonathan Andy C (possible) xStric9x Beavis (possible) Stuey (possible Kevgreen 16? Jacko (possible)
  4. Yeah things happen with shipping etc, but sign of a good supplier is how things get handled when something goes wrong! Good result by the sound of it....
  5. I was using the Sony Ericsson K750i and it worked superb with the system. Much better than the samsung I'm using at the mo! BTW> As already said, you want the BT adapter only (assuming your car has the weird looking plastic thing between the seats). If you're dealer is charging you £130 for one of these, then we have traders on here that do them for £100 all in.

Yeah Mike I did the same last year..... I noticed that on my renewal with them this year, they wanted to charge me 19% or something to pay by DD, whereas like you, if done online would have been free! Nothing like customer service is there! Shouldn't have to have to cancel then resetup new one just to get the 0% offer! Anyway, they were taking the p*ss with me this year, so I've gone...... "might not have to be posh to be privilege, but it would help to have a posh bank balance with what they wanted"

Jay to make you feel better, I'm 33, 10yrs NCD, np points or convictions..... but because I live in an Oldham postcode (even though I'm 15 miles from Oldham), I'm paying more than you! So stop whinging!!
  9. Did you pay for insurance?? I'd contact the seller, (but I'm assuming you bought it from a dealer and not private?)....
  10. Good ok, as per my previous post,...... they suffer from them. Best investment you can make is to get it Paintshielded whilst its new! worth the money up front and can get a discount from here. Look in discounts once you get.....

Yeah confused was crap for me, as was that comparethemarket crap.... moneysupermarket.com wasn't too bad, although premiums jumped up when adding protected NCD etc.... But Elephant was worth it in the end, no matter how bad the adverts are!
  12. Well i suppose it's all down to whether anyone has bought one recently. I bought mine way before that, so bit hard to keep up with prices etc. I wasn't aware that they were throwing Satnav in for free..... But obviously makes sense to get them down as low as you can! Can only assume if they were selling them for new at that price last year, it was only for reduced stock as the new 07 model was coming out. It won't have been for the full year! I'd get your price agreed, then hit them with the front end refurb if needs be, as that will eat into their profit
  13. One other important point...... CHECK THE FRONT END FOR STONE CHIPS!!!! The 350z have a front end that suffers from stone chips. Therefore before you agree a deal, get the front end sorted if needs be! If its good, then get it paintshielded asap! I know from experience that the Azure shows a lot of stonechips, and seems to chip worse than other colours!
  14. Right, remember that the brembo's are standard on UK cars, so you not getting anything extra there! I'm assuming that this is a UK car? Bearing in mind that the list price of a NEW GT with sat nav is over 31k then that a great deal if you can get for £25750, especially if its only done 400 miles AND with Sat nav! Pads are dead easy to change, but you won't need any for thousands of miles yet, unless you want to specifically change to something more agressive. EBC Redstuffs are a popular choice and couple of traders on here (CS and Bigphil) do for about £99 all in! Discs are a bit more varied in prices depending on what you want, but again you should not need any at this stage! The sat nav is not linked to the bose system apart from obvious sound coming through the system. You should be able to change if you so desire to another system with the usual limitations. Look in the ICE & ELECTRONICS sub section..... But you will be able to change the system and still have sat nav.... And you correct, 2006 cars had 296BHP (300PS)!
  15. Ah...... right I see... "light dawns on marble head" (i've just got who the seller is!)
  16. Yeah you right, I didn't mean they were chromed, but will still come up a lot better than sooty black crap...
  17. Use Autosol on both inside and out....... But you'll get a better finish on the outside, thats for sure! You might wanna use a different buffing cloth as the inside will be dirtier than S114's gay porn collection!
  18. So, just to recap...... So far: martinmac Max Digsy, BigPhil TheMinel Jonathan Andy C (possible) xStric9x Beavis (possible) Stuey (possible) Looking good!
  19. You're right! That is a crazy starting price! Worthwhile as winter wheels definitely if you've took the plunge for some shiny summer wheels! Get em bought someone.....
  20. I think I'm clear for the 16th September so far! I'll be there as long as no date clash
  21. Yes it is you! But I know what you mean! Nixy, my dear...... my lips are sealed, but you really need to be careful what you are saying with young whipper snappers around!
  22. Ha ha ........ glad to be of assistance!
  23. Yeah Bod looks like this..... God, there's one for the oldies!
