As a retired accountant I would suggest you don't take advice from un-qualified friends, they may give advice with the best possible intentions but I would recommend your friend seeks professional advice, may cost a few bob but worth it in the end

Agree 100% with ATTAKZ, the fact that I was an Accountant and Jane is useless with money means we've had a very happy relationship for 35 years.

I have one definitely found it useful when I got a nail through the sidewall, creamy stuff useless, and no mobile signal. Don't forget that you will need spacers as the space saver wheel of a 350 doesn't clear the brakes on a 370. -

Stan, My 370 is just over 3 years old and whilst the intelligent key works fine everytime I switch the ignition on I get a warning that the battery is nearly flat, tried the spare, same warning, put new battery in same warning. Apart from that works fine. -

We were in France in June and pulled into one of the rest stops on the motorway, this French guy, business man in suit in a BMW, pulled up next to us and came over, it sounded better in a French accent but he said " you have beautiful car and a beautiful wife" made Jane's holiday.

I have now loaded the update Chris sent to me and the discs are availble to the next on the list. Please PM your address details and I will forward. Just one word of caution, I had difficulties loading disk 2 and had to do it in small chunks of 5/10 minutes each but if you have patience and follow the on screen instructions you should be OK.

Re leaving the engine running, I've looked on other car forums and they all say the same, the engine must be running during install as the download takes a huge chunk out of your battery, they also recommend you turn off air con , radio etc to reduce battery usage.

Wondered if anyone had updated their Connect Premium SatNav for their 370Z. Don't fancy paying the £300+ that the dealer wants and wondered if anyone had bought one of the many advertised on ebay and found it OK.

We are doing a 10 day trip to France this year, I will let you have any ideas when I get back. Our planned route is ferry from Hull to Zeebruuge, a couple of nights in Reims, down to Sancerre for the wine, then through the Loire Valley, more wine, back up to Rouen then last night in Brugge before the ferry back.
