  1. The new tax rules are for ALL cars post Sept? 01! - Obivously you have the perfect timing on tax renewal dates I beleive pre-06 cars go to £300 next year, and £440 the year after. No still £210 see this link http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/Ow ... G_10012524
  2. Sounds a good idea, fortunately I'm OK as my car was registered before 1st March 2006 and mine is due in Feb so will still be at £210 for another year
  3. As Big Phil is now a Grandad lets find out how many more Grandads own Zeds I admit to having having 5 grandchildren + one on the way.
  4. Congratulations, welcome to the club. It will get expensive but it's worth it.
  5. Then after he's fitted it, get him to rebuild the engine
  6. This is more suitable for you guys.
  7. Martin, you're in the perfect place to sell fantastic shots like that, persuade the good lady to go for it. If they were shots of Scarborough they would sell here, no problem.
  8. If you don't want to travel too far, can recommend the Victoria at Bamburgh, great food and rooms and the walks and scenary are fantastic.
  9. Hello & hope the waits not too long but however long it will be worth it
  10. Very logical - makes good sense! But in reality its unlikely that would have happened... 2 previous owners, etc etc. Probably all just garage services before the customer takes delivery! Only thing to do then is go for the big one P3 and be sure. As I have posted before, there is absolutely no difference between a P2 and a P3 apart from the price! The only difference in the service schedule (page 19 of your service book) is "replace" the LSD gear oil instead of "inspect", but that doesn't apply to us cos we have the viscous coupling type. It's a rip off from Nissan - there is no difference in the services. Just get a P2 done (nobody ever needs to pay for a P3). Maybe so but does'nt look good on the service history IMO

  12. Its 9000 miles or 12 months so assuming it is a 2003 car and only done 35K it will have had 4 annual services i.e P1, P2, P1, P3 and now due for a P1. However if its a 2002 car it will be P2.
  13. OMG is that what you dance to nowadays, I'm old
  14. All the best and i hope you have a long and happy life together
