  2. Truth be known, he probably has more stock than Phil.
  3. Now that would be a good decision No chance of Litchfield giving you a reasonable trade-in price and then avoiding the hassle of being without a car? Might not get the money you would prefer but at least you have a done deal and can stop worrying
  4. Don't worry, when you get to 35+ you can look forward to being a moderator I think they might make an exception in your case

  12. Welcome to the site Great car choice (of course); colour, well each to their own but reckon black has the edge and there are just so many grey ones out there you might get lost in the crowd
  13. Careful what you are offering there Martin
  14. I know what you are saying about the badging/values but there are always the exceptions when they are inherently great cars i.e. NSX's, Integrales. Personally I would also want the UK dealer back-up rather than having to travel huge distances to find a reputable specialist to put things right, apart from the delays in getting parts from Japan that might not be standard on UK supplied cars. What I don't understand is why the years wait - the politicians here and in Europe are increasingly discouraging big petrol engined cars and it is only going to get worse. As that has the potential to affect sales in the not too distant future Nissan GB could be shooting themselves in the proverbial. Having said that, from all I have seen and heard and if the circumstances are right about two years down the line, I would be puting my name down for one.
  15. I was going to include it in a tour, taking in some of the best driving roads in the UK , hence why I plumped for September thinking schools are back and a few less 'tourists' to take up the roads & accommodation. So I would expect to be north of the border for 3/4 nights - flexible on arrangements - maybe a case of what is available?
  16. If you lived down here you would probably being saying you wished you lived up north and only had to visit down south - well thats what I think when I visit up north and wish I had the roads to enjoy everyday like most you have, compared to the conjestion and traffic lights every 100 yards we have to put up with
  17. Can't u post the link - be alot easier/ friendlier You getting me to wear out my search finger rather than yours - here you go hope it helps As you will see PINGU did not offer a further link but hope the rest of the the thread might be useful? http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic ... ight=cubby
  18. Changing the standard cubby to the retractable type has been covered before - PINGU posted up in January: I bought the satnav cubby from USA - if you search through threads in ICE section for screen install you will find the info I posted at the time (including parts diagram).. I installed the screen myself (touchscreen 7inch - this is the best size to fit here) and you can find info using search on that.. Hope that helps....
  19. I see Sarnie is either keen to up his postings again or it was a particuarly large skinful he had last night affecting his posting finger
  20. At last someone who can drive! At least he looked like he was trying! The M3 was clearly outclassed. The GT-R was awesome, loving the off line starting technique one thing that would concern me a teeny weeny little bit is the amount of input the GT-R has over the drive. I know its fast as hell but will it be a bit sterile? Will some of the driving feeling be lost with the auto box and the cars technology? Think of it in terms of everyday road use and with the weather conditions we have and how you find the 4-wheel traction in the G really lets you get the most from the power delivery - then I doubt that 'sterile' tag would surface. Also, when you get the 'trier' at the lights and you set those three buttons there will be a lot of in the car behind fading into the distance, but plenty of in the GT-R
  21. Watch out for the paparazzi Jay
  22. Thanks for filling us in on that news Mike and thanks to Big Phil for his support - although I have chosen to keep my car standard (for the present) its clear from what I have seen that his services come highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use him when the time comes.
