DVD version is factory fit only on the GT on the MY06 - so if someone is offering to sell you one, it'll be the old system. I didn't bother as it's way too expensive and in a year it'll be out of date in terms of technology. Would much rather have the new TomTom that can provide you with speedtrap information etc...

Something a bit closer to home, there is a regular monthy Japanese car meet in the Comet car park - just a static shine and show. Currently on the second Thursday of the month. I've been to a couple and generally there are no nova & saxo boys to spoil things. I'll be going along to try to get a buyer for my current car. From Scooby.net:

Thanks to Dave for supplying the info - hope it's okay for the public domain... As of today, NORDIS is showing: - GT Charcoal seats - 28th April to the dealer - GT with Alezan - 4th August to the dealer - All other specs are 4th August to the dealer L.

Although having said that, even today I'm getting conflicting reports that this may or may not be the case... From a UK dealer earlier today: Although my dealer says they are available after having spoke to the same person at NMGB yesterday - the 350Z product manager.

If the 'sales manager' is who I think he is, he'll be able to confirm that the new style 5 spoke RAYS are the new £1000 option - the same as the ones available to the US and other territories. From memory they are 18" front and 19" rear: Rim size 18x9 with 245/40 Bridgestone RE050 tyres Rim size 19x10 with 265/35 Bridgestone RE050 tyres http://www.exoticcarsite.com/image.php? ... 2006-1.jpg --- The now standard for the UK RAYS are the old style 6 spoke RAYS
